A localização, de frente para o mar, literalmente pé na areia.....As instalações e a vista.

Cons:

Durante minha estadia, não houve nada q chegasse a atrapalhar a experiência....talvez mais informações sobre tudo que o local tem a oferecer.

Pros:

Instalação ótima, café da manhã muito bom e localização (pé na areia) excelente. Também como diferencial, dispõe de carregadores veiculares (neste ponto, ver observação abaixo).

Cons:

Observação. No local dos carregadores há muita dificuldade para acessar e posteriormente acompanhar o carregamento, pois o ambiente é bem fechado.

Excelente estadia em Itapema
Pros:

A paisagem, belezas naturais. O hotel é fantástico: excelente atendimento, excelentes instalações. Recomendo!

Cons:

O único senão: apesar de estar em um quarto com vista para o mar, há ruido da rodovia próxima.
