Comfortable and welcoming staff
Pros:

Comfortable stay and lovely staff. Rhea went above and beyond for me, I left my shoes and went up north and she arranged to get them sent to me. Couldn’t thank her enough! The front desk also helped me get around as the transport was unclear.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, professional, and very helpful. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. It was also in a very good location.

Cons:

There wasn't much flexibility in being allowed to check in early. My flight arrived earlier in the morning and I had to wait to check in for 2 hours in the lobby.

The biggest shock was: we arrived at 1:30 pm and weren't allowed to check in, even though the room was ready! The manager's rule: no check-in before 2:00 pm :-(. Luxury hotel??.....No water heater in the shower, broken door handles on the roof terrace, etc. Breakfast was okay, but served cold – that's unacceptable!!!! This manager should be removed from the Red Doors program.

Very central location, easy walk away from the beach and the town, the beds and pillows were really comfy even for hotel

Location was very central on the Main Street, beds and pillows were super comfy. They had some convenience items for sale if we needed them.

Cons:

The bed frame stuck out from the bed quite a bit and was actually quite sharp, not leaving much room to walk between the bed and the wall. My partner really hurt her leg from bashing it a couple of times
