Allgemein (Aufenthalt 2 Nächte)
Das Hotel ist 2-3 Min zu Fuss entfernt vom Masjid an-Nabawi - sehr nahe. Wir waren in einem Vierbettzimmer - grosses geräumiges Zimmer (eher ungewöhnlich gross). Es hat Zahnbürsten, Seife, Shampoo, Dushgel, Rasierkitt, genügend Hand- und Badetücher in der Dusche. Man muss von Zuhasue diesbezüglich nichts besonderes mitnehmen. Viele Lifts - kurze Wartezeit. Tolles Hotelpersonal. Reception spricht fliessend Englisch.

Grossartige Problembehandlung - Super Gastfreundschaft
Am ersten Tag ist der Schlauch der Bidet Handbrause (Shattaf)geplatzt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde der Schlauch der Brause 5 Min später ersetzt und der WC-Boden gereinigt. Am nächsten Tag ist die Handbrause wieder geplatzt - wahrscheinlich zu viel Wasserdruck.
Wir wurden direkt vom Hotelmanager (Rakan) kontaktiert - er spricht wirklich sehr gut Englisch. Er hat sich persönlich um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Uns wurde sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Schliesslich bekamen wir noch ein late Check-out bis um 15.00 Uhr - Herzlichen Dank. Sie haben sich für den Missstand ein paar mal entschuldigt - das Hotelpersonal kann ja nichts dafür.
Man hat sich wirklich um unser Anliegen gekümmert und direkt Kontakt mit uns angenommen. Dem Hotelpersonal war es sehr wichtig, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Unglaublich nette Menschen - nochmals herzlichen Dank. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Frühstück
Gutes Buffet für jeden Geschmack. Danke an Sakib, Ohodh und Ibrahim. Sie kamen immer wieder am Tisch vorbei und fragten, ob wir noch einen Wunsch hätten (Getränke, Tee, Besteck etc.) - sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Amazing service, very helpful staff and welcoming people
I didn't want to leave, it is great place

The place is very pleasant and the staff is very friendly and support customer satisfacion immensely. I would like to mention here the exception care that miss Wigdan Al sinany exihibited in accomodating our needs and preferences. She is an excellent care taker and HR professional. Also Mr Mouath and ustaz Omer Alradady were very accommodative.
On another note I would like to especially reference Islam Al Laithy & Rashid from the resturant side, who served our needs beyond and above.
Finally this is a great hotel to reside in and I will definitely come here over and over again in my upcoming visits to Al Madinah.

Personnel serviable et agréable

The hotel was new and very clean and comfortable. The location is very close to Haram. The housekeeping staff Kauser Alam was very prompt and helpful. Alison food at the restaurant was very good especially the live station. The restaurant staff Shakib, Alina and Fahd were very polite.

Konum

The hotel is located a block from the Mosque of the Prophet, and a valuable museum about the history of the Islamic faith and the mosque. We were able to see the mosque from our windows. There's a large restaurant in the hotel, that offers meals buffet style. The breakfast is amazing, and the dinner is also good but not amazing.

The reception desk was very professional, competent, and welcoming. The customers are coming from all over the world to visit the mosque.

Elevators with key card and general etiquette was above average for the area. Clean and well managed facilities. The family's favorite place to stay in madinah
