clean and staff was so cooperative

there was not a single gluten free item for celiacs and food allergy patients,its better mention all food allergens in each food to facilitate these persons

النظافة وحسن الاستقبال واخص بالذكر الأخ هشام وقرب الفندق من الحرم النبوي في المنطقة الجنوبية والفطور وشكرا للاخ عاصي وساكيب والشيف هاني ومتابعتهم لنا من الدخول إلى الخروج

Pros:

Nice location and nice managers!

Cons:

Only issue is a gang of people standing outside the hotel who are harassing the guests. Avoid people working from the mall underneath and next door selling dates and laundry they harass and obstruct people going and returning back from the Mosque. This is not the fault of the hotel.

Family 4 fantastic stay
Pros:

The room was clean. The beds were larger than a single and was really comfortable. 5 minute walk to Masjid Nabi. Mall underneath the hotel to get abayas. Breakfast was good. My family had a good stay in this hotel.
