Pros:

The staff are great. As soon as we came, they allowed us to have suhoor even before checking in, as the time was almost an hour and a half before Fajr (even though our payment was not fully finalized yet). They allowed us one extra hour for checkout.

The food variety for suhoor was very good.

The room is very comfortable with comfortable beds and very close proximity to the masjid, maybe 2 minutes away. You can leave the hotel at adhan and still pray with the imam (that close).

The stay was pleasant staff were amazing and the location was excellent. Will definitely make our next trip again in the

The location was perfect and the room size was comfortable.Comfortable beds and bedding.

Cons:

For us the Suhoor food was not our preference
Although the spread was amazing for other guest.We would have preferred maybe a little more on the healthier options with Asian food as well and perhaps some pancakes waffles and bit of fresh cut up fruit😋.

The only other issue we had was the smell of cigarettes that came through from maybe the AC duct because we had the AC off or not to sure where it was coming from.

Good hotel for a quick visit to the Masjed alnabawi
Pros:

Close proximity and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The price was high for a 3 star hotel and the food was average as i had the fotoor buffet. Though they had a lot of variety but the taste was average.

Everything! From the location, to the room, hotel cleanliness, the professionalism, room service and the best for laugh the exceptional restaurant with daily variety choice of quality meals. I honestly don’t know how this is a 3 star hotel…More like a 4/5 star hotel if you ask me.
