Everything was great. Uhud does a brilliant job at managing the restaurant at breakfast, making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome even when it gets extremely busy, a very caring lady.

Semua hal tentang hotel dan staf saya begitu menyukainya, staf restoran yang bernama Dony, terus sakib, ibitsam, ohoud mereka semua begitu banyak menolong kami ketika breakfast dan dinner. Pegawai resepsionis begitu membantu dan mengupgrade kamar kami lebih besar, para staf restoran ketika kami dinner mereka semua sangat ramah dan membantu serta para chef yang baik dan membuat Masakkan lezat . Pegawai house keeping juga begitu banyak membantu kami dan selalu berlaku sopan, di hotel ini semua sangat nyaman dan tersedia apapun, mereka memberikan teh gratis , air gratis dan apapun kebutuhan kami lainnya. Mereka memberikan kami izin buat checkout lebih lama,

View al Madina hotel was such a conveniently located hotel. Essentially a 2 minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi and close to various resteraunts and shops. There was also a shopping centre on the basement floor of the hotel itself. The highlight was definitley staff who were extremeley welcoming and helpful. Sakib Ibrahim, one of the resteraunt staff was extremley helpful and detail oriented. I had asked if there was watermelon juice on my first day and he offered to make some for our entire table, every morning after that, there was watermelon juice delivered to our table with out asking. Same went for my father who's requests from the intial meeting were delivered consistently. This showed an amazing level of detail and initative which left our family impressed and feeling extremley cared for. Ouhud from the resteraunt was always welcoming and friendly as well as the concierge members.

Location is excellent ! Breakfast was good as well and staff were nice and helpful.

Our stay at View Al Madina really made us feeling homy. My daughter said that she wants to stay there forever 😆
No doubt, because it's located very close to Nabawi Mosque. Nevertheless, I need more steps to arrived at women prayer area which I don't mind at all cause I can see the green dome while giving blessings to the Prophet every time I go to prayer. This hotel is very suitable for those of you who want to focus on worship.
The restaurant, especially Mr Rashed/Ibrahim (and other staff) always friendly and provide the best service.
