Elhamdulillah, tout était parfait : personnel accueillant, service excellent, petit-déjeuner bon, varié et frais, chambres propres et eau chaude. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Très bien situé, à quelques minutes de l’entrée de la Rawda Charifa. Pour les femmes, comptez environ 3 à 5 minutes à pied jusqu’à Musalla An-Nisa, Il faut sortir au moment de l’adhan au plus tard pour ne pas rater la première rak‘a. 🤍

Pros:

Excellent stay for families. The front desk staff checked us in within two minutes, and our room was spotless with a small view of the courtyard. The kids loved everything including the staff , the supervisor and the morning breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh fruit and hot options. Easy for salaah , easy for salaam pesh , brilliant location I will definitely book here again next summer.”

Overall staff are friendly, location and atmosphere is nice. But needs some modernising. Good for a budget 3 star hote
Pros:

Very well located next to gate 365 which is next to jannah ul baqi and in front of the rawda - location wise it’s great to be so close to the main mosque area. It’s not on the women’s side but there is a smaller women’s area a shorter walk up. Many prefer to stay on the opposite side which is more commercial,but we enjoyed the peace and serenity of being on this side seeing as we were able to send Salam everyday due to being so close to rawdah. We would stay on this side again.

Cons:

The hotel is adequate for your needs, being blessed to be in Madinah you try not to complain but an honest review of the hotel is that it lacks basic standards. We were in the best room in the hotel and although it was spacious and clean, it needed modernising i.e. the bathroom was small and the shower was either too hot or too cold never the right temp. The shower heads didn’t work properly either and there wasn’t enough shower screen to prevent water splashing everywhere. The breakfast was the same thing everyday and although plentiful, very basic and not much variety ie doesn’t cater for S.Asian or English customers.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons séjourné avec mon mari et nos enfants dans cet hotel lors de notre omra fin juillet. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel lors de notre Hajj et pour dire nous y sommes revenus. Rien à dire tout était parfait. De l'accueil à au départ. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel accueilant et chaleureux. La chambre spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut et nécessaire dedans. Le service de nettoyage au top également. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux - il y en a pour tout les goûts sucrés/salés. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Le personnel au top et au petit soin de ses clients. Très proche de Masjed Nabawi. Proche de toute commodités. Allez y les yeux fermés. Repertorié hôtel 3 étoiles - il mérite largement la 4ème étoile...
