Great stay !
Pros:

The apartment is very well equipped, and in great condition.
1,5km away from pipa Center, which is ideal if you want quietness.

Cons:

We had issue with tv remote not possible to cast any movie on the tv due to dead battery.
No drinking water available on promises, swimming pool needs more cleaning maintenance.
Maybe to spray some chemical to avoid mosquitoes in the common area.
To put some anti slippery sticker on stairs because when it rains it’s very dangerous, I almost broke my arm.
