Nice view from breakfast room, cozy and clean room.
Employees do not speak English, cleaning staff threw away a bill and a hand written note which were laying in a table for some reason. Breakfast could not boast a big variety of food. But overall impression is good.

No concierge, had to struggle with 4 luggages ..also had to clean your clothes yourself. It would be nice to include concierge and room service too

Персонал был достаточно дружелюбен, но в первую ночь заселили нас в мини номер, тесный , темный .. с колонной . Смогли переселить только на след день.
Завтраки однообразные , мало здоровой еды . Так как считаю Кбжу, было сложно подобрать себе еду. Только яйца и кофе .
Шумоизоляции нет. Звуки как с общежитии . С утра в соседнем номере начали что то сверлить , потом у лифта была какая то тусовка . 🥳
Интернет слабый . Матрас плохой. Сейфа нет .
Everything is very nice clean amazing view
The beds were most comfortable, and the room was quiet. We flew in from Canada and stayed for 7 days, so we spent a great deal of time sleeping to recover from jet lag. We also like the self serve free laundry service.
The breakfast was our biggest issue. Too much oil in the eggs and vegetables. Despite of a few attempts to ask the kitchen not to fry the eggs in high heat, they don’t seem to understand what is “sunny side up” even in Chinese. The tiny croissants were pathetic and dry. We had to buy bread from a bakery for breakfast.
Great location very close to metro. Modern and clean. Staff were helpful including 康康 who was very welcoming and did a great job.

Overall the stay is perfect, the room is clean, bright, new and the location is perfect, right next to the MTR station and the clothing wholesale center is just across the road. And don’t miss out their cafe on the 40th floor, it’s a gem!
The only less satisfying experience was the check-in process, the staff who helped us to check-in kept offering us with a one King bed room when we repeatedly rejected and asked for a 2 beds room which we reserved online. And it took him a long time to check us in.
