Stay that's not worth it
Pros:

Nothing except for the decent location and the AC was working.

Cons:

Almost everything. Mattress is literally 50 years old, and extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The walls have seepage, which is annoying and healthy. Treebo has gone really down in terms of quality and maintenance. This is more like a lodge...if you know what I mean..fridge wasn't working, just sitting there.

A Good Deal!
Pros:

Location is the best.
Food is very nice. I love the aloo parathas the most.

Cons:

The bed sheets situation could have been better.
The room was clean though.
