Magnifique resort à la mer
Pros:

Très beau resort en bord de mer. Infrastructures neuves, magnifique piscine, chambres spacieuses, lumineuses et confortables. Bonne literie. Super buffet de petit déjeuner. Prêt de vélos. Excellent accueil, même si la communication est difficile avec une partie du personnel qui ne parle pas l'anglais. Un merci tout particulier à Karina responsable de l'accueil et au señor Fernando, le gérant.

Cons:

Le Wi-Fi est assez instable. Le resort un peu isolé. La location de scooters serait un plus.

Mooie kamer en goed bed ontbijten was goed

Dat er geen wifi en tv was 🤭en bij het ontbijten deed de koffie machine het niet het hotel is zeer moeilijk te vinden mede om dat het door Google niet op de juiste coördinaten geplaatst is 🫣 de locatie die ik per e-mail kreeg was helemaal fout werd een uur van de locatie gestuurd bleek later ⭕️moest dus weer een uur terug rijden en daar weer verder zoeken met behulp van lokale mensen het hotel gevonden 😵‍💫 uiteindelijk was ik pas om 18:00 in hotel 🤫was niet blij

A beautiful, spacious room with a sea view, a very comfortable bed, plenty of snow-white fluffy towels, a large and comfortable bathroom, various types of lighting, a fantastic swimming pool, a gym, a ping-pong table, table football, and a billiards table.
Delicious and varied breakfasts. A phenomenal chef. Professional, caring, always smiling and helpful staff.

Ăn sáng đa dạng và phong phú, cách trang trí dễ nhìn và bắt mắt.
Thủ tục in và out phòng nhanh chóng.
Phòng đáp ứng như đặt phòng trên booking.
Không gian rộng rãi và sạch sẽ.
Bể bơi luôn có nhân viên trực rất an toàn và sạch.

Cons:

Sàn nhà của phòng ở không sạch, có vết ố trên ghế ở bàn trang điểm.
Thùng rác và giá để giấy vệ sinh đã cũ và hư.
Phía sát cánh cửa gương có rất nhiều kiến.

Cơ sở vật chất tốt , nhưng nhân viên lễ tân quá tệ

Chỗ nghỉ còn mới , rộng , có hồ bơi rộng cho trẻ em , nhân viên nhà hàng thân thiện .

Cons:

Thái độ phục vụ nhân viên lễ tân rất tệ , đặc biệt là nhân viên nữ tầm 40 tuổi , khi chúng tôi đến check in , nhân viên đó và 1 nhân viên khác nói xấu đoàn chúng tôi ngay trước mặt tôi , khi tôi đang ngồi ở quầy check in , với những câu miệt thị : “ chắc đoàn này mới lần đầu ở khách sạn “ . “ đi khách sạn mà chuyện đem căn cước theo cũng phải nhắc “ . Thái độ và văn hoá nhân viên này quá tệ . Đoàn chúng tôi check in lúc 14h15 ngày 1/6/2025

当日誕生日だったのですが、プレゼントをいただきました。とてもうれしかったです。

Very friendly staff with good size room and good breakfast. Close to the beach but a 40 min drive into Hue.
Tina was a terrific host and organised our travel plans very kindly, wonderful lady 😀
