Nice location but cold, noisy room so a terrible night’s sleep and will not stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location was great.

Cons:

The room was cold and did not heat up at all with the heating system. There were loud noises from the plumbing above the room which made it hard to get to sleep and then woke me up at 4.45am.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden und zu teuer für was es bietet. Das gebuchte Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung.

Typical London hotel but with a better value of money.
Pros:

Great location, great staff and professional.

Cons:

The bathroom (doors) could have been designed better. They are uncomfortable to enter and exit. The rooms are small but the beds are a good size. Basement room that I got didnt have a window opening and the room needs ventilation for air.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage nahe Oxford und Baker Street.
Pros:

Rezeption, Bistrobereich immer geöffnet, gute Küche mit kleiner Speisenauswahl. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Sehr bequeme Betten, sauberes modernes Badezimmer, große ebenerdige Dusche.
Freundlicher Service zu jeder Zeit.

Cons:

Die Fenster können leider nicht geöffnet werden, es gibt nur die Klimaanlage. Es gibt keinerlei Schubladen am Nachttisch oder im Schrank, das wäre praktisch, ebenso fehlt eine Nachttischlampe am Bett.
