Lovely clean comfortable central hotel
Pros:

It was in a great location for us as we’re attending a wedding nearby. Room was more spacious than expect, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Found it a bit odd that bathroom had a glass wall and the door did not have a lock so not much privacy.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr funktional, kein überflüssiger Dekor, Tisch und Stuhl oder eine Ablage wären als Ergänzung wünschenswert, die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Trittschall im Hotel ist nicht gut gelöst. Es braucht etwas Rücksicht unter den Gästen. Ich hatte Pech, während drei Nächten Menschen über mir, die früh morgens und spät Nachts vom Bett hüpften, Dinge fallen liessen.

Great staff and good location easy check in and out.
Pros:

Location and a quiet room and bag was in my room when I came back at check in time

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower was not as warm as I would have liked it and you could not increase the temperature. It fees differ from hotel depending on place. No free wine or cheese like Liverpool or Barrista coffee loved this when in Liverpool week before

Location was great, walking distance to shopping and nice restaurants without being in the heart of it

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel booking address carrying luggage. I was then sent down the road (3-4 min walk) to another location. After checking in I could not believe it as I was sent to my actual room which was in a third location (another 3-4 min walking down the street. Although I am fully abled and it was day time, I was carrying luggage which I would not have chosen to carry had I been given the choice. What happens if a person cannot carry the luggage? Or had I arrived late at night?
