Room was spacious, nice balcony to stand on, big bathroom with hot water. Staff didn’t speak English but made 100% effort, we had a whole conversation through Google translate and managed to find out all the information we needed.
They are liars, they post good prices, you book a room, and after some time they just cancel on you saying that the price is higher now wither you pay more or we won’t accept you.
Great hotel! They helped us arrange pretty much everything we needed, even a long drive back to gia nghia! The rooms are clean and the beds are very very comfy. The location is the best possible one near a lot of delicious local restaurants. I highly recommend coming here!
Hotel is new and spacious. Location is close to natural landscape.
Location is good, walking distance to some local shops.
Vietnamese people are not know for hotel etiquette, they like to slam their doors. There seems to be a door slamming doors party when I was there, it goes on into late in the night 2:30 AM.
Staff is extremely kind and attentive, they don’t speak English but they are always trying to communicate with google translator. The manager organised for us a boat trip in great local price. Room had also good air conditioning.
More than expected. Good value.
