There was trash still in our condo and not clean. To the point of dirty paper towels and cups left behind. We also left numerous messages for front desk as well as tried to reach agent because there were no sheets left for futon. Adding extra expenses. Parking is difficult but that wasn’t the issue. Lack of communication and cleanliness were. Still to this day never received a call back. Not needed now just very frustrating.
Beautiful location with large balcony overlooking the amazing pool and ocean.
Not related to host of condo. The elevators seems to be slow some were having maintenance done on them. The parking is tight as you have too only park at yellow mark locations. Also it's a challenge to leave parking due to having many floors to go down or up.
TV in living room didn't work. Was supposed to replace and they didn't.
My favorite part of the stay was definitely the pool—it was great!
The room was mostly clean, but unfortunately, there was a lingering fried fish smell for a few days. The towels also had an unpleasant odor, and the dishes seemed a bit unorganized and scattered when we arrived. The room was extremely small, which made it challenging with kids. The sprinkler setup seemed like a potential hazard, especially with the ladder—it was barely secured and felt unsafe for children climbing up.
The staff were all friendly and helpful
I was sure it was listed as handicap accessible but the bathrooms were not at all handicap accessible. There weren’t enough towels and wash clothes. No dishwasher soap to do the dishes when we got ready to leave. There was a lot of construction which they definitely needed to update there but still a bit of a nuisance.
The location is reasonable
The unit was not clean. The unit was outdated, and the neglect shows throughout the unit. The outdated furnishings, terrible flaking paint, and rusted vents throughout the unit make for a health concern.
The unit a/c appeared to be broken, and the unit would not get below 75 degrees. This is during the winter and caused for a miserable hot night.
There were bugs in the bathroom and mildew below the sink. The furnishings in the living room were stained and ripped. The couch and pillows on the couch had questionable stains. The unit appeared to be neglected and not cleaned.
I did forget to mention the hidden charges of $85 a night for parking that was not mentioned in the listing and the amenities all being closed. Neither were ever mentioned in the listing, or I would have reconsidered and booked a different property.
Advice from a local: Please reconsider booking this property and find something much more affordable that is better taken care of. PCB has beautiful places but this is not one of them.
Everything we needed was within a short walking distance.
would have been better if the balcony was open but it was closed due to the construction going on. Pool was closed most of our stay. Other than that everything else was great.

The pool was very large. Access to tiki bar and grill. Beach could be seen from the balcony. The condo was clean.
The elevator was very slow and always full by the time it reached our floor. I also had to pay $85 for the wrist bands that had to be worn around the resort (wasn't mentioned in booking).
I enjoyed the view and how convenient the booking was. Also appreciate the respect the hostess provided. Will like to rebook again.
