Pros:

Perfect stay! The room is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The service is excellent and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Pros:

J'ai apprécié mon séjour au Mersey. La rue est calme, mais tres bien situé dans la ville, c'est idéal! Ils ont facilité mon accès à la clé comme j'arrivais le soir, c'était tres facile. Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut, c'est tres comfortable. Aussi mention spéciale pour le lit; large est super comfortable! Il y a une petite cuisine si besoin.
Je n'hésite pas a recommander l'endroit, je l'avais choisis un peu par hasard mais je n'ai pas regretté.

Relativ zentral und zweckmäßig
Kommunikation mit Personal war freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Leider hat die Hygiene des Hotels uns nicht gefallen. Bettzeug und Tücher sind veraltet und nicht sauber. Es hat mit den Fotos auf Booking.com nicht viel tun.
Lage vom Hotel ist auch nicht so ansprechend.
Check-in Info wurde nicht rechtzeitig vermittelt.

Simple, Clean, Safe
Pros:

We got here late in the evening after a 25h travel day from Germany and all was perfect.

Cons:

This did not bother me at all. However it was self check in as we arrived late and self check out as we left early and money was left in room.

Pros:

The location is great — right near the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and cosy.

Cons:

I think the rooms are smaller than advertised.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable — on some days it was so slow it was practically unusable.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Left an item behind, team helped to bring it to my office.
The room is spacious and the overall room ambience makes it very comfortable

Cons:

Nothing negative to say about the place to be honest. I'll come back for my next visit.

Great location in District 1
Pros:

Great location in a small backstreet so away from the traffic.. The room was small but really well presented. A groovy coffee shop downstairs, again small but great coffee.

Cons:

It was sometimes a bit difficult for our transport to find us being in a small backstreet, but not a big problem.
