Terrible bed and mattress

The hotel is old, and everything in the room is outdated.

The worst part was the bed and mattress. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding did not feel clean at all. I couldn’t sleep the entire night.

Although the bathroom had been renovated, it still looked old and didn’t feel clean.

The hotel is located down a small alley and is difficult to find. The staff didn’t provide any directions until I asked. Even then, the directions lacked clear landmarks, making it impossible to know where to go. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. The hotel also failed to provide clear instructions on how to find the property or collect the room key, which forced me to go back and forth unnecessarily.

The hotel is located inside an old building, and both the entrance lobby and the elevator are very outdated.

Overall, I will never come back. The condition of the bed and mattress was truly a terrible experience.

Расположение, хороший район. Сам отель уютный и удобный при всей своей простоте. Прекрасный персонал, который быстро и четко решает все вопросы (заселение, обменники, ранние заезды и т.д.). В номере есть все, что необходимо для сравнительно длительного пребывания: плита, посуда, чайник и т.д. Прекрасное сочетание цена\качества для не особо притязательной публики. Если же вам хочется большего комфорта, то это не совсем подходящий вариант. Хороший WI-FI сигнал.

Cons:

Сломанный душ, нужно приноровиться, чтобы выключить воду. Номер все-таки маловат. Для одного человека вполне нормально, но для большего количества будет не совсем удобен. Самая главная проблема - в соседнем здании начинается стройка. Долбят ночью, долбят ранним утром. Не работают ТВ-каналы. Как только ни настраивал - не помогло. Просто не работает и все. Нетфликсы и подобные сервисы вполне работают, но мне подобная ерунда даром не нужна, а вот ЧМ по футболу было не посмотреть. Если бы не это обстоятельство, оценка была повыше.

Decent value and good location, but some negatives
Pros:

Good location, very close to good restaurants and shops, and not too far a walk to different museums. The coffee shop on the ground floor was nice, and the rum bar below was a very nice find.

Cons:

Construction work was going on outside the building starting early in the morning, and bells from the nearby cathedral would ring at 5am. Room was clean enough, but some bugs were coming from the drain and kitchenette.

Great Location, highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location! Room was really lovely, cold air conditioning, nice bathroom, and on a quiet street. Staff were friendly and great communication for our early arrival/check in. We arrived into Ho Chi Minh 5am so booked the night before our stay so we could check in early. Our street outside had the best Bahn Mi, best coffee at Thuan Kiew on the corner. Walking distance to Ben Thanhn Market, War Museum and loads of attractions.
Highly recommend this place to stay!
