DISASTER
Cons:

I informed the hotel two days before our arrival that we would be arriving at 3 AM, and they confirmed that it would not be a problem. However, when we arrived, the man at the “reception” had no idea who we were or any information about our booking.

After a 12-hour flight, completely exhausted, we were forced to wait in the lobby while he cleaned a room for us, a room we had to change the very next day anyway.

Additionally, the hotel only accepts cash. Since it was our first time dealing with this currency and it was 3 AM, we later realized that the man had charged us more than he should have.

The room itself was unacceptable. The door could not be locked, water was leaking all over the bathroom, and the pipes were old and rusty. Our room was located directly above one of the busiest streets in Saigon, and the window could not be fully closed, so the noise was constant throughout the night.

The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably, yet it cannot be turned off due to the extreme heat, which resulted in a sore throat the next day. The bed felt like sleeping on concrete, and the furniture was extremely outdated. The lobby was also very dirty.

Please do not book this hotel if you have even the slightest respect for your comfort and safety.

Dirty place with cockroaches and a lots of noise. Don’t stay here!!
Pros:

Das Persona ist sehr nett, aber spricht kein englisch. Kommunikation nur mit Übersetzer möglich.

Cons:

Outside of the center. Better invest a bit more to stay in the center then for an Uber to come here. Huuge cockroaches in the room and on the bed, crazy noisy and hairs on the pillow. Stuff doesn’t speak English. I don’t recommend staying here, especially not alone as a woman. Also you can just book this accommodation for 1 hour, that says good what kind of place it is.

Cons:

Phòng rất dơ, k giống ảnh, đèn trong phòng cứ nhấp nháy rất là sợ ma, k có tủ mát và nước nóng. Than máy cũ và chậm, các phòng ở ngay mặt đường sẽ rất ồn nha. Sẽ k quay lại

Phòng rất dơ, nhà tắm vệ sinh không có giấy. Giường còn hôi và nhiều kiến lửa. Dường như khách sạn không hề làm vệ sinh mà chỉ mang chai nước xịt phòng vào xịt xịt xịt rồi thôi.. cửa không có chốt, tối không dám ngủ vì sợ...
