夜中にホテルの関係者を名乗る人物から、立て続けに電話がありましたが、ホテル側に確認したところ、そのような連絡をした事実はないとのことでした。
一方で、その人物は私の滞在日、氏名、電話番号を把握していました。

Great location to visit the historic center.
Pros:

Hotel Casa Aranzazú has a great location. We liked that it has a small number of bedrooms and that the double bed bedroom was the perfect size for us. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The front door was always locked but staff will open promptly after you buzzed the front desk.

Cons:

Although the hotel is only two stories high, not having an elevator is always inconvenient when you are carrying heavy luggage.

It was very pleasant and I really enjoyed my stay. Easy walk to see my friends in a different hotel.
Pros:

It was clean and moderate. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Staff was small but excellent. Nice little patio area for everyone. An easy walk to the plaza area.
