El departamento es divino, bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Tiene lo necesario para cocinar si uno quiere.

Cons:

Cosas ajenas al alojamiento pero que realmente nos complicaron fueron que se rompió Internet y especialmente el olor que venía del mar, nos costaba aprovechar el balcón hermoso.

I would not return at any price.
Pros:

The location is great. It is right on the water. The condominium is spacious and clean.

Cons:

However, there is a horrible odor that is very noticeable at the front door and on the balcony. Late in the afternoon, the smell of sewage is so strong that it is absolutely unbearable to be on the balcony. There must be a broken sewer pipe somewhere in the building!

Disappointing
Cons:

It was most disappointing because on Friday and Saturday night, the music was so loud we could not sleep!! Moreover, the music played all through the night - it did not stop til 6AM!! I would not stay here for that reason!

Beautiful location, fabulous apartment!
Pros:

We loved this apartment. Spacious, functional, thoughtfully decorated. Very large king + comfortable bed (firm). The dipping pool on the balcony is great. The location and view is perfect (right on the beach). There is also a beautiful pool on the roof which also overlooks the beach. Marisa is a great host.

Cons:

There is a slight sewerage smell which seems to be the case throughout Playa and Mexico City. We were able to counter by leaving the doors open.

Cumplía con las expectativas que se tenía, Instalaciones muy buenas.

No tiene relación con el departamento, fue el tema del sargazo que cambia muchísimo las playas y el olor.

Best location, most helpful front-desk, super clean
Pros:

The location is unbelievable! it is first line to the amazing PlayDelCarmen beach. We woke up to sunrise every morning. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we felt right at home. Each room has it's own AC and Shower which is great for kids or 2 couples that have different AC needs.
The reception was always helpful, and went above and beyond with any request or ask we had.
Will definitely come back!

Cons:

Everything in this place was accommodating! There was nothing to complain, toilets were clean, the floors were clean, the kitchen was sparkling.
