Comfortable room. Clean. tea and coffee in room. Also very grateful for the fan.
Think room may have been above kitchen as there was a noisy fan in courtyard just below window otherwise i would have given 10.
Great location for visiting the steam railway.
Recently decorated and the staff were friendly and really helpful. Neil gave great info before check in and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Breakfast was delicious!
The only nit picky thing is for them to watch the carpet on the stairs, it’s a little loose in places and needs fixing back in place before someone catches their shoe on it.

The property was in a quiet rural setting ideally placed for visiting daughter staying in the area. The rooms were nice, ours was very large and worked well for us. food choice very good at evening meal, very tasty and catered well for GF. Hosts extremely pleasant and accommodating.
If I am being picky I would have preferred the option of some GF cereal, greek yogurt and some summer fruit berries for breakfast but everyone else was happy.

Nous avons fait un stop dans ce bel hôtel au nord de Manchester avant de relier l’Ecosse, notre destination finale.
Franchement, cet établissement est vraiment top.
C’est très calme, très propre, le personnel est d’une incroyable gentillesse et le restaurant propose de bons plats.
La literie de la chambre est un rêve. Vous avez l’impression de dormir sur un nuage, c’est exceptionnel.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel malgré le détour que nous avons fait de la M6.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely.
Unfortunately the noise from the bar kept us awake until closing time, and the bed was too firm for our liking.

A wonderful family run property. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Lovely home cooked food out on the terrace. Peaceful location and nice spacious rooms with everything you need.
