Pros:

Our room was large and clean with a comfortable bed, the pool was lovely for a quick dip and to sit on the sun loungers. The staff were excellent and breakfast was very nice, they even made us some very good sandwiches when we had to leave earlier than breakfast was served. The restaurant was good too with lovely views for sunset.

Cons:

Our room was quite hot, could have done with air-conditioning. As we overlooked the square we couldn't really leave windows open due to noise and people smoking outside the front of the hotel.

Pros:

A calma e o sossego.
Quarto limpo e de tamanho razoável

Cons:

Ser recebido por uma pessoa ( falta de formação)que diz good morning em vez de bom dia.
Toalha de banho com sangue.
Cobraram a estadia à chegada e no check out apresentaram, novamente, uma cobrança da estadia.
TV, sem canais portugueses.

Pros:

Freundliche, zuvorkommende Begrüßung. Gute Ausstattung.
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Angeschlossenes eigenes Restaurant mit Top Aussicht und sehr gutem Essen und Service.
Sehr gute Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht vom Zimmer inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Auch das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und gut.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Sympathique petit hôtel bien situé dans Jardim do Mar. Chambre sans charme particulier pour l'intérieur mais avec une très jolie vue sur l'église, les falaise et la mer. Petit déjeuner atypique original et excellent. Très bon restaurant italien dans l'hôtel (et aux prix raisonnable). Literie confortable.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur certains membres du personnel qui pourraient être un poil plus chaleureux (surtout au restaurant), mais rien de grave (d'autant plus que cela ne concerne pas tout le monde, la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui nous a également servi le petit déjeuner était super sympathique)

Pros:

Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de oceaan. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse hikes. De andere gasten hoorde je niet vanuit je eigen kamer.

Cons:

De badkamer is wat outdated en zag er niet meer heel fris uit. Een airconditioning was geen overbodige luxe geweest.

Sehr angenehm, kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Zimmer, Terrasse, Frühstücksüberraschung an der Haustüre (sehr süß), Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr nettes Personal

Super stay in gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Nice, quiet village, super friendly staff (hanging small baskets with cookies and new coffee pads at the door knob each morning!), good restaurant, large terrace with splendid sea view.

Cons:

Nothing really😁 While the food and seaview was great in the restaurant, having some local Madeira food in the restaurant would definitely have been a plus.

Nous avons passé 2 journées et 2 nuits parfaites dans cet établissement.
Pros:

Tout était parfait : la chambre, la vue, l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, sans oublier le restaurant !
C’est l’hôtel idéal dans ce village au coucher de soleil magnifique.
