Pros:

It's all good, accommodating in the prices, including the breakfast. Even though we arrived very early in the morning, they try to accommodate us so really great.

Cons:

Probably the inconvenience part is they don't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. In some instances you don't have to look for a safe place to eat out of the hotel.

Ottima navetta gratuita che collega l’aereoporto all’hotel, struttura molto pulita e carina.
Colazione asiatica con noodles, pollo e ravioli però buona e compresa nel prezzo.

Pros:

乾淨舒適寬敞，還有免費接駁車，這個價格很值得推薦，週邊很多餐廳，後面還有一個商場可以逛的樣子，吹風機非常好用

早餐多元但口味普通，浴室的洗手台寬度對矮子來說不太方便有點遠

リーズナブルで良かったが、日本語は通じない。
Pros:

空港からと、ディズニーランドまでのシャトルバスが出ていて便利。でも、ディズニーの送迎は決まった時間しかないのがちょっと残念。閉園までいられなかったので。

バスタブが無く、足の疲れが取れなかった。
朝食が、ほぼ毎日同じ。

Asked for 2 rooms and they accommodate 2 rooms next to each other for us. Shuttle bus very handy, had breakfast on arrival, accommodate early check in for us.

Good value for money if you need 24/7 shuttle service, decent breakfast spread and clean rooms.
Pros:

I like the 24/7 shuttle service. It arrived on time and everything was fairly smooth from the airport up to check-in. I like the breakfast spread. I think it was greater than what we paid for. Breakfast cannot be removed anyway so make sure to take advantage of this. Great plus for the courteous staff!

Cons:

There was some last minute misunderstanding in the shuttle bus going to Disney park. We were carrying our luggage since we will check-in Toy Story hotel. However, the driver almost didn’t allow us to ride the bus with our luggage for a couple of times. The hotel concierge helped us and we were able to ride the shuttle. Other than the bus, we booked Didi.

Прекрасный отель за свои деньги, но трудно добраться в город.
Pros:

Замечательный отель, если вы не планируете выезд в город и он нужен вам только для пересадки, чтобы быть поблизости от аэропорта. Здесь все очень хорошо: и размер номера, и размер кровати, и чистота, и удобства, сам отель новый, завтрак был вкусный. Трансфер максимально удобный и при этом бесплатный. Автобусы ходят один раз в час и от отеля и от аэропорта, опознать их можно по названию отеля, который размещён на корпусе. Отель заботливо присылает вам подробную информацию о том, как найти остановку автобуса в терминалах аэропорта. Все это очень удобно.

Cons:

Выезд в город из отеля затруднен, он как бы находится в некоторой инфраструктурной изоляции от Шанхая, а в аэропорт ходит только тот регулярный автобус, о котором писалось выше. Несколько грубым показался персонал, который встречал меня. Но утром в период завтрака была милейшая хостес, она была приветливой.
