A nice stay
Pros:

Location, very close to the beach and center. Beds are comfortable. No parking on site but there is a parking lot close by. We paid 20 euros for a day.

This hotel is a delight.
Pros:

Fantastic location - walking distance of the beach. The welcome was excellent - very helpful. I appreciated that we could borrow beach towels and a parasol.

Cons:

I would have liked it explained that the underground parking wasn't guaranteed, even if we paid the hotel for it and we had a fob. Luckily, there were spaces available (though it was looking risky one day). However, we weren't staying during the high season, so it might have been impossible to find a space had we been.

Wir müssen zu einer anderen Jahreszeit noch einmal wiederkommen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal . Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in der Altstadt bzw. 150 m vom Strand.
Hotel hat Tiefgaragenplätze angemietet.
Gutes Frühstück, mit Ausnahme des Kaffees.

Cons:

Dazu kann das Hotel nichts, aber am gesamten Wochenende war ' Fete des Basques ' . Ideal für junge Menschen , aber darauf waren wir nicht vorbereitet und konnten den Charme der Stadt nur bedingt genießen. Das heißt aber nicht, dass ich die Basken nicht mag, im Gegenteil . Es war uns nur zu voll und zu laut. Dazu die extreme Hitze !

Estadía extraordinaria, cálida, buen gusto, amabilidad del personal y ubicación fabulosa!
Pros:

Lo cálida que es, la linda decoración, la ubicación excelente, a media cuadra de la playa, yo tenía una habitación al patio, muy linda, el patio de afuera para desayunar excelente, la amabilidad de todo el personal! Volvería sin dudarlo!

Cons:

Me gustó todo, solo para que sepan, no tiene recepcionista después de las 19, pero hay un número de emergencia y a mí no me pasó ningún imprevisto.

L'insonorisation des chambres.

Cons:

Pas de clim dans ma chambre, mais deux ventilateurs dont un trop bruyant pour l'utiliser. Et je suggère à la direction d'installer soit un petit frigo dans la chambre, soit un distributeur de boissons fraîches à la réception. Avec la canicule, je n'ai pas pu boire d'eau fraîche.

We loved our stay and if we go back to Saint Jean du Luz we will certainly book to stay here again!
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. Room was very comfortable with great attention to detail. Staff very friendly and informative. Very close to the beach which was brilliant

Cons:

The shower was over the bath. Personal preference would be just a shower cubicle

Un séjour qui laisse une empreinte délicieuse, qu'on n'oublie pas, dans les souvenirs de vacances.
Pros:

Un petit hôtel charmant à la déco soignée style "inglish", d'une rare qualité de matériaux, de couleurs et d'harmonie, un hôtel, où l'on voudrait rester plusieurs jours.
Le petit déjeuner excellent dans une jolie salle avec un patio extérieur.
La situation en centre ville est parfaite pour se balader.
Une place de stationnement gratuite la nuit dans la rue, facilement trouvée.
