眺望最高！
Pros:

スタッフが笑顔で宿泊時、朝食時に対応している姿はとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝食時間にお客様が集中し、並んで待っていました、少し残念に思いました。
また、アメニティで入浴に使用するものが、少なく残念でした。

Pros:

We booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji. We saw the grandiose Mount Fuji first thing in the morning as we opened the blind.
Breakfast was substantial.
It is also very near the Gotemba Premium Outlet.

Cons:

There weren't sufficient lighting in the room. There was only one onsen , male and female has different allotment of time. We arrived at around 9:30pm , the female time slot finished at 9:45, so I didn't get to use it. But my husband was able to use. He said it was very small. Felt very crowded even there were only 4 people there.
There were one pillow for the 2 of us. It was a 4 ft long pillow, and we were expected to share it. It would be ok if we were newly wed. But we had been married too long to find sharing a pillow to be romantic. We went down to ask for an extra pillow, they said all had been used.
Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room. But the pillow smelled of cigarette, which probably left from previous user. It grossed me out so obviously that night I couldn't sleep much.
After I came home , I watched a YouTuber reviewed this Super Hotel chain. They pride themselves in offering clients a good night sleep. They ranked #1, 11 years in a row by J.D. Power. They would offer compensation or refund of the stay. If I knew that, I probably would file a complaint of the pillow situation.

The best value I've ever experienced staying here.
Pros:

Great value for money. Breakfast and free water are included. You can see Mount Fuji from the room, just like in expensive hotels.Free parking is the best part! There's a choice of pillows and pajamas are also provided.

Cons:

The bathroom might be a bit old, and the pillows and mattress might not be the most comfortable, but it's acceptable for the money spent. Breakfast closes a bit too early, I barely have time to eat. Some branches even offer free coffee afterwards.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay for a family of 4 with 2 Senior People.
Pros:

The Onsen and the Hotel breakfast were great. The Mt. Fuji view from our room was amazing!

Cons:

Just the location. We had to keep calling taxis from and to the hotel since I was traveling with 2 senior people. Waiting time to call the taxi at the hotel was about 15 mins or so.
