スタッフの対応がとても良かった。あまり多くはお酒が飲めないのでウェルカムドリンクバーで気軽に飲めたのがうれしい。

Pros:

Great view of Mt Fuji if you stay on the right side. Laundry facilities were convenient and very affordable. Breakfast was good, amenities were great including the pillow service and welcome drink. 7/11 and restaurants close by. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Room small and a bit dusty. No coffee in the rooms or at reception. Our room was next to the elevator and we are light sleepers so could hear all the noises coming from it. After the lack of sleep on the first night, we asked if we could change rooms for the 2nd night but we were told the hotel was fully booked. Luckily, we had a better night's sleep the 2nd night but mainly due to exhaustion.

眺望最高！
Pros:

スタッフが笑顔で宿泊時、朝食時に対応している姿はとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝食時間にお客様が集中し、並んで待っていました、少し残念に思いました。
また、アメニティで入浴に使用するものが、少なく残念でした。
