Excellent, friendly and considerate staff
Pros:

I am thoroughly impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the staff at the hotel. They were polite and professional, but what really made me impressed was how genuinely friendly and considerate they were. I would be happy to stay here again.

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
お部屋に携帯の充電器があり助かりました。
ウェルカムドリンクも多種あって
夕方の焼き立てパンは娘と孫がとても喜んでいました。
アルコールの無料サービスもあって驚きました。
朝食美味しかったです。

入りたい時間に入れなかったことが
残念です

I mentioned it in a previous review but I really wanted to thank all of the staff at the hotel for making us feel very comfortable and welcome. They always greeted us with a genuine friendliness and smile and it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. They are all a wonderful credit to the professionalism of your company.

是很適合放鬆的一個地方，飯店人員也很有耐心的回答我們的問題，還有各式各樣的酒可以喝喔

房間舒適，樓下有自助飲料吧，還有大浴場，跟洗衣機。

Cons:

離車站滿遠的，對面的商場也倒了，附近餐廳不多，有點荒涼。

Una estancia excelente.
Pros:

Está súper bien equipado y lleno de detalles. Lo recomiendo muchísimo si se van a quedar por la zona.

El desayuno y el onsen son una maravilla. El personal además es súper atento y amable.

Por ahora el mejor hotel calidad precio en el que hemos estado.
