front lake and near to water taxi counter .. 10 mins to safari by tuktuk cost around rm20 and vinwonder cost around rm16 for the whole tuktuk can sit for 6 ppl .. free shuttle bus from this area is around 10mins .. friendly staff ( can use translate apps to communicate with them ) , can request for vegan breakfast and they wil serve egg , bread and fruits .. dragon fruit tastes really good

Lie to customers, I already booked in April, they message me express to welcome me, but when the day I arrived , they just said there is no room for me, when I was very angry with them, they just arranged another room for me, but the was in another hotel , not this hotel, the hotel is very ridiculous.
Perfect location. Very clean. Courteous and helpful. The host and her husband is a lovely couple and has helped us with all sorts of assistance which we truly appreciate, from sightseeing, meals, directions, transportation, coffee gifts and etc. Their coffee is definitely the best that we’ve ever tried! Must buy their Trung locally made coffee available at their place. Wished we bought more!

Staff goes ABOVE & BEYOND to make your stay nice! Located in the center of everything 2-5 min walk to all shows and attractions in GrandWorld & 5 min or less walk to buses to all other attractions
Nothing bad to say. VERY pleasant stay & you can't beat the price!
The hotel is located in a great location, in front of Venice river, about 100m to Teddy Bear Museum, convenient stores and free tour buses. The lady owner and her husband are very nice and helpful. I definitely will come back here for our next trip.
