The room had no window and stunk of cigarette. The smoke was still around the room when we walked in. The staircase was not accessible, there were wardrobes and other things blocking the stairs, so the only was up or down was the elevator. Prior to booking I specifically ask about the internet speed and they sent me a screenshot of the test: very fast. When we got there it was not nearly as fast, very very slow and it barely reached the room. Looking at the messages afterwards I realized it was from a different hotel they own. My bet is that any of the positive reviews is for the other propriety, not this one.
After we refused to stay they refund us and let us go, but marked me as no show so to avoid charge I had to contact customer service.
Very inconvenient as we found ourself without a place to stay (after waiting hours for the check in time) far from the center.

Unfortunately there was quite a lot of mould in my room. The window hadn't been cleaned on the inside for a long time. Covered in dirt and mould. It really isn't good for your health.
Pleasant staff. 24 hour front desk is convenient. Great location. My room was very spacious and quiet during the night. Overall a good value budget hotel.
There is a kettle, but no selection of tea or coffee. There wasn't any hand soap. The shower water was cold after a few minutes.
The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you need including fridge, coffee table with two chairs and wardrobe. The stuff was great! Even though they didn't speak English, they tried their best to help me resolve my SIM card problem. The reception lady even took me to a nearby market and helped me to buy a proper SIM card.
I would highly recommend this place and I'm definitely staying here again!
