Als ich spätabends ankam, wurde ich von einer wirklich netten Frau begrüsst und betreut - sie war sehr zuvorkommend, schade weiss ich ihren Namen nicht: Ich kam am 21.03.2026 um ca. 22.30 Uhr an - vielen Dank für diesen besonderen Empfang 🙏🏻🙏🏻ich war sehr dankbar darüber❤️

Es gab einen Wasserkocher, Wasser, Tee, Kaffeerahm, Schokopulver und Kekse 😍😍 auf dem Zimmer🫶🏻

Very welcoming, comfortable and fun place to stay
Pros:

Vibrant. Excellent staff. Comfortable bed. Big room. Lovely restaurant with lake views. Close to Gormley statues.

Cons:

Would have preferred a bath to a shower.

Great stay, great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The property was ideal for visiting our family in Waterloo and great value for money. Clean comfortable room and great breakfast with brilliant views.

Beds were super comfortable. Generally liked the room, staff were loveky and polite

Cons:

We could hear the music and people speaking in the microphone from the gym relatively late and early and the lift was right next to our room and was quite loud. Alot of door slamming.

Good place overall and minor changes will take this from good to great
Pros:

The property is great, in parts it shows some signs of age in public areas but the rooms are well decorated and clean, well designed and laid out

Cons:

I had requested the child’s bed to be made which wasn’t. The mattress had a hole in it and no sheet provided. Room was very cold and the remote for the fan wasn’t working. The attention to detail could’ve been a bit better for these aspects.
View from the room was of broken tables in a storage area and some youths were heard hanging about making noise, possibly due to the nearby beach
