I've stayed here before, love the location and the rooms are nice and big.
The little thing id mentioned was the ability to control the lights from the bed, switches were by the door.

Pillows a bit hard
The rooms were lovely and big with all the amenities needed for a short stay. Rooms were spotless and kept clean throughout my stay. Staff were hospitable and very friendly.
Only negative would be the noise of the doors closing early morning as other guests leaves - might be worth putting soft closures on doors?
Location was very good, room was very clean and spacious, lovely view of the lake from the window
Lack of good lighting and mirror for a make up, nowhere to put you shower gel/shampoo, could do with removable shower head
It was very convenient for us - visiting friends locally. All the staff were so so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, the family room had ample space so we didn’t feel quite so on top of each other. The shower was great!
Our one and only complaint was the proximity of the family room to the gym. There was loud thumping music below us till 8:45pm it was like it was in the room with us! Not super ideal if you are trying to get a baby off to sleep, but that’s the only thing!
