Nice location, can walk up to a decent area for pubs, restaurants etc, was there for work so staying again next week

Bar and restaurant are separate to the hotel, so you can’t just add your meals and drinks to your total bill

We had a great 3 night stay, location and staff were excellent
Pros:

The location, friendly staff and excellent food. Spacious room and bathroom, very fresh and clean

Cons:

No information in the room, had to go down and find someone for Wi-Fi code and hadn’t been aware that the door would be locked when we got back at 11. Didnt feel Happy to leave the window open at night as it was not a secure space outside. Stand alone fan supplied that we had to leave on all night. Didnt appear to be any temperature controls in the room.

Good location. Fair price friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were all.friendly, got asked repeatedly if we haf allergies at.restuarany. nice eve meal and breakfast.

Nice walk nearby and bonus beach with the statues, 'Another place' art.

I had a video of the room but cant upload it.
Generous amount of tea/coffee,, able to log into Netflix, and large shower area.

Cons:

No moveable shower head, just the fixed overhead one. I wish hotels would take this on board!

Highly recommend if you want somewhere you can walk out the door and be a few minutes from the beach.
Pros:

The location and the ease to get there, park. The staff are always really helpful.

Cons:

That you don’t know if you are going to get a room with a bath and the views from one side of the building are not great.

Pros:

I would have preferred to be able to order breakfast as a full meal eg as poached eggs on toast rather than as separate items.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.Good value for a stayover.

Cons:

I had expected a double bedroom with a sofa bed but actually got a double bed with disabled facilities.

Stayed over to attend a party - The room was lovely. Enjoyed the bar and the singer
Pros:

The breakfast was a bit expensive. I only wanted a few items off the breakfast but didnt like that they came in small bowls as extras?
Staff were lovely ❤️
My friend ordered the vegan breakfast and daid it was horrible, didnt eat it.
He is vegetarian and would have liked a veggie breakfast. Said the spinach was overcooked :-(

Clean but noisy and rundown.
Pros:

It was clean. Handy location for train into Liverpool.

Cons:

Very noisy early in the mornings with large trolley cages passing up and down the corridor, with laminate flooring, and out to delivery vans. One morning we were woken up by several deliveries within about 90mins, beginning before 5am. A bucket of water was dripping loudly all night in the hallway. Some fixtures in the bathroom of our accessible room were broken, the bed was very high and difficult to climb onto, the curtains were hanging off the rail and one window catch was broken so did not close fully. The area surrounding the hotel did not feel safe in the evenings. Food was pricey and average.
