Convenient, very pleasant staff on hand to help with check in and dining/bar
It was very hot and the windows were requested to be kept closed. Our shower wasn’t easy to use and was functional just.
Excellent service with a smile and constantly checked on. Food was fantastic, very tasty and well priced! Drinks also good and bar/restaurant very welcoming. During busy times it was hard to get served or had to wait for table service, but pretty minor.
Bed and sofa bed not as comfy as would have liked, but sleepable. Bathroom nice and big, but hoped the walk.in shower had more covering for water spillage as water on floor post shower.

The curtains wasn't attached well, resulting in them coming slightly off. Which meant gaps in the curtains and light entering.
Friendly staff and the accommodation provided everything we needed for our stay. It was a warm week, but two fans were already in the room, which was very much appreciated.

Location for our travel destination
Ground floor area looks tired and is in need of decoration. All ground floor windows, inside and outside, would benefit from being cleaned
Easy to find, staff friendly, large room and bathroom.
Car park arrangements didn’t feel secure. No air conditioning in room, only a fan which was noisy to run all night. Unable to open windows ( locked) , notice saying it was due to fly season. Windows throughout building needed cleaning, not nice looking at view from bedroom or restaurant with bird droppings splattered across windows.
Good size rooms with comfortable beds, very helpful staff, excellent customer service.
Was some music I think coming from exercises classes in the next door activity centre but it didn't disturb us during sleep hours.
We loved our stay at the Lake House. Beautiful location, delicious food and lovely, friendly staff. The only downside was the mattresses on the bunk bed were very springey so it was uncomfortable for our daughter, who slept in the main bed with my husband and I. All in all though, we really loved our stay and would reccomend.

No toilet seat cover and bathroom door was difficult to close
Property was well maintained clean and comfortable although for disabled customer bed was a bit soft and mirror in bathroom needs bringing down to sink level in the bathroom other than that excellent .
Liked everything except bathroom mirror and soft mattress makes difficult to transfer a disabled person.
