Location is ideal by the shore and not far from the train
I didn’t get an invoice. The toilet didn’t work too well. Room missed a bulb.

We can't think of anything we didn't like
Not our first time in the area so we knew the location which was perfect. Staff were always friendly & courteous, happy to deal with any queries straight away. Good sized room, bathroom & bed. Housekeeping ensured the room was spotless every day.

Lovely people, superb location, huge room, enormous comfortable bed, a shower you could move around in and a cracking breakfast. What's not to love?

The food was amazing. Staff were really lovely .the manager is really lovely to.
We wanted somewhere to stay to see the Antony Gormley installation on Crosby Beach and this was perfect. The staff were lovely and there is bar/restaurant which serves a great value breakfast - there's a vegan option which was very tasty. 11.00 check out is perfect if you don't want to get up too early or want to go for a wander before you check out.
the only issue were the sand flies outside so you couldn't open the windows and there is no aircon in the room.

Only one fan and it was the hottest day of the year so the room was sweltering. Unfortunately because of a health condition I have I overheat very quickly.

Not much to be honest
When we arrived music was loud I did call to make sure our room wasn't above the gym I was informed that it wasn't as I read the reviews before hand about load music was heard not a quite stay for previous guests . I spoke to the deputy manager on arrival she informed myself that the gym would be closed soon in the morning woken up with music from below bumping . The room itself wasn't clean hair bands meatal grips from hair was on the floor sugar was all over the table and pink hair band on floor. Mosquitoes flying about as windows was left wide open .it really needed air conditioning there was a very small fan which didn't do much . It was pretty obvious the room was not cleaned before arrival wedding confetti was all over the floor very disappointing.
