Più pratico di un riad: soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Staff disponibile, posizione perfetta se si ha l’auto e non puoi parcheggiare nella Medina. Classico hotel. Fanno anche l’hammam

Personal in der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche/Handtücher dringend Erneuerungsbedürftig .
Frühstück war katastrophal,super viel Essen ,aber alles sah alt aus ,wir könnten außer Kaffee nichts nehmen (dann ist doch besser weniger Auswahl aber lieber frisches Essen )wir waren sehr enttäuscht

propreté insuffisante et fortes odeurs d’égout dans la chambre
Pros:

Le personnel était à l’écoute, serviable et gentil. Lorsque j’ai rencontré un problème dans ma chambre (fuite d’eau et odeur désagréable provenant des toilettes), l’équipe a été réactive et m’a proposé de changer de chambre.

Cons:

La chambre n’était absolument pas propre. Il y avait encore des cendres au sol laissées par le précédent occupant. La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient sales, sans poubelle à disposition, et une odeur très désagréable provenant des égouts se faisait constamment sentir dans la chambre, ce qui était particulièrement dérangeant.
J’ai également constaté une fuite d’eau provenant du faux plafond, ainsi que de l’humidité sur les murs de la salle de bain. La douche était à moitié bouchée, avec très peu d’eau chaude. Enfin, il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous les lits.
