Clean and tidy room with everything I needed. Everything was in good working order and room nicely decorated.

Pros:

Great to have a fully equipped kitchen. My ground floor room was very pleasant, immaculate, with lovely ensuite. The mixer tap on the sink was confusing and dispensed extremely hot water. Take care. There should be instructions.

Cons:

Lack of security of the building. The front door of the hotel was unlocked as was the door to the corridor where the rooms are. This is because guests enter their rooms to find their keys as there are no reception staff. This would be easily resolved with a keypad for the front door the code of which could be communicated to guests before arrival. The code could be changed periodically.

the bedframe isnt even a bedframe . we immediately left after seeing the room , place was unmanned . requested a refund and they declined. will be pursuing as this place was dreadful . DO not book

The comment for the owner is a LIE a, it states i checked in at 2pm - my booking wasnt even made until gone 9pm ! . Booking.com have tried to contact them . I contacted them immediately and other than this review they have not spoken to either party. Room was unused have photos to prove. Now chasing via credit card company as owner will not respond

Pros:

Not too far from the centre, easy to find.
Very clean and easy check in.
The small fan was a nice touch as it was very hot.
Beautiful kitchen..Liked the original tiles in the bathroom.

Whenever I will am in the area again, the White lodge will be the first place I look for availability.
Pros:

Nice big clean room, had everything you need for a stay away, Very helpful hosts.

Cons:

No complaints, had everything needed for what we wanted.

Great value, a short walk from the centre.
Pros:

Very clean. Well provided. My room wasn’t huge but had all I needed and there was also access to a complete kitchen, including washing machine.
Easy check in.
