Excellent value for money, car parking available, self catering facilities, 25 min walk to city
Pros:

Self Catering Facilities which suited me down to the ground
Although not driving on this occassion, good, spacious car parking area available. Great to know for when I return using my car

Cons:

Shower unpredictable with regards temperature of water. Not constant heat. Kept going excessivly hot to freezing cold.

No operating instructions for using t.v. Appeared to be connected to the internet and I am not tec savvy. Could not get any basic channels i.e BBC, ITV, etc.

the bedframe isnt even a bedframe . we immediately left after seeing the room , place was unmanned . requested a refund and they declined. will be pursuing as this place was dreadful . DO not book

Pros:

Great location with easy parking. Small kitchen with a fridge was handy.

Cons:

The mattress was pretty old I think, could feel springs popping as you got on and off it. Could probably do with being replaced.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, good location, easy check-in and nice room. Generally a nice stay.

Cons:

Narrow stairs which can make carrying a big suitcase up and down a bit tricky. Walls are a bit thin.

Pros:

The room was excellent. I was very surprised to find that there was access to a well equipped kitchen. The location was very accessible to the centre of the city. The lack of staff was a little strange but not uncomfortable. There was a number to call if anything was required

Cons:

There was only one thing slightly annoying, the flooring made quite a bit of noise, especially later in the evening. Especially when the stairs were in use.

Pros:

The location was very close to my workplace. The accommodation had everything needed for self-catering, including a fridge, freezer, and microwave as you could cook for yourself. It also had a smart TV, which made it easy to connect to online streaming services.

Cons:

There was no one at reception on arrival, and I had to make several calls. It would be helpful to have a phone at reception that connects directly to staff, rather than relying on guests’ phones. This delay nearly made me late for work.

Although checkout is at 11:00 am, the cleaner knocked at 10:30 am, which disturbed my rest. The place is also near train tracks, and corridor noise can sometimes be noticeable.

Room was quite small.

Comfortable, warm and worth the price you’re paying for it.
Pros:

Located close to city centre and train station
Good internet connection, very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Room a little bit small but manageable. As the entire hotel is laminated (rooms, corridors, stairs) and walls are a bit thin, you can hear noise from outside you room.

No ,staff on site . didn't like that the building was onlocked all the time .
would liked to have been able to watch normal tv programs. Nor just on WiFi.

Price and location were good
Easy checkin.On arrival phone was answered immediately.

Cons:

No hot water in basin in the morning despite running the tap for 5+ minutes.Also shower ran intermittently cold in the morning whilst it was fine the night before.
The room was clean, bed soft but the walls were very thin.Noisy snoring from the next door room kept me awake then at 02.00 deep loud mans voice from upstairs, either to another man or on the phone.Then at 02.20 chattering female voices from below my room or downstairs kept me awake.
