Really good value for money
Pros:

Self contained, like that I could show myself to my room when I was back rather than needing to check in in person. Rooms are nice and clean, appreciate water, tea and coffee being provided

Cons:

Top floor warm was absolutely sweltering but not a lot could be done about that really

A comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is just 6 minutes drive away from Hereford station where I was working. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The bedding was not suitable for this weather, I slept on top of the bed, it would have been nice to have a light cover. Also I couldn't close the window and, being on a main road I found it noisy, I tjink I eventually fell asleep through exhaustion. It would have been nice for someone to be at the hotel to greet us, there was another couple who arrived at the same time as me.

Great location for visiting Hereford by foot.
Pros:

Location.Easy walking distance to Hereford and it's Cathedral.

Amenities. Clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and Roku TV to access all free catch up TV Apps. (Wimbledon was on when I was staying so I was able to watch earlier matches in the evening!)

Fridge in the room was a fantastic bonus. Mini kettle and tea etc.

Medium fan. Definitely a plus as it was extremely hot weather when I stayed.

Communal modern kitchen on the ground floor (with a washing machine too!)

Cons:

The bedroom did become extremely hot and the fan was useful if you had it right next to you. I was on my own in a double room but if my husband had been there, we wouldn't have had the benefit of it.

Nothing but I gave à 2 for comfort. This is not a reflection on the property but it was very hot and sleeping almost impossible. Of course not their fault.

Very disappointing and of course, expensive. Would like a refund for second night.
Pros:

Expected a text message informing us on room number arrival procedure etc; Lady arrived while we were in reception. Very nice property all fixtures and fittings excellent.(Hot water control in bathroom suspect, burnt my hand). Room 3 ground floor opens onto car park, bathroom window would not lock.

Cons:

Booked for two nights, only managed one, left at 6-30 following morning. The noise levels in that room especially from the ceiling totally unbearable. Every step made by clients above sounded extremely loudly, tapes, toilet operation, everything extremely loud in room 3. Also , conversation from adjacent rooms clearly audible. Didn't sleep for hours.
