Extremely comfortable and I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Easy check in. Spotless, cosy room with fabulous en-suite. Very comfortable with tea making facilities and even complimentary water and sweets. Super!

Cons:

The guest in the room behind mine had his tv on extremely loud and this spoilt my peace and quiet. But this is not the fault of the hotel.

Fair price for what you got but don't go as a couple or more than anight
Pros:

The hotel was cheap so value for money making the rating fair but the room was that small the bed stopped the door from fully opening. For 1 night on your own ok but other than that not ideal.

Cons:

Room at front of hotel really noisy . Never blame a hotel for that but recommend you ask for room at back.

Very pleasant stay in clean comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Some guests have complained about noise in their reviews but my experience was the opposite. It was very quiet during my stay and didn't see or hear a sound from other residents. Generally speaking very good value accommodation and I would happily stay there again.

Cons:

Lack of hot water in Room 6. Otherwise comfortable room. It was a little further from the city centre than I would have liked but ok. I was visiting someone in the hospital so it was conveniently situated in that respect Couldn't make the TV work as it appeared to operate through WiFi. Other reviews mention this. Slight smell of "drains" emanating from bathroom which may need investigating.

Pros:

This isn't a "like" or a "dislike", but worth noting that the whole experience is "contactless" - there are no reception staff. You'll receive a message via booking.com that tells which room is yours and the location in the building; your key will be on the desk in the room. The house rules are on the desk. If you are staying less than one week, housekeeping does not change your linens/towels except for an additional fee - fine for us since we stayed two nights. There is a telephone number to call to notify the management that you've arrived, and to ask for any assistance (e.g. extra loo paper, more soap, etc.). If you have a ground floor room, you may want to make sure that your windows (room and bathroom) are actually shut and latched for security when you are out (the neighborhood seems safe enough, but the hotel is on a busy road). It's not a "glamorous" location, but the cathedral and nice shopping area/restaurants are all within a 15-20 minute walk. Key thing is that the room/bathroom were clean and nicely maintained.

Pros:

Room was nice and suitable for one night. Premises was quiet.

Cons:

Could not open the room door, due to the double bed blocking it. Room more suitable for a single bed. Road was busy, although quitened down
around 10:00.
