No response when tried to contact staff. Curtains are so far from the window they shut out no light. Had to do makeshift fix to be able to sleep.

The place was totally unlocked, and felt really insecure, especially for a woman travelling alone. I didn't see any staff, which wasn't an issue in itself, but literally anyone could have wandered in off the street and been inside. The room was left unlocked for me, the keys on a table in the room. Again, that felt unsafe.
Adding to this feeling of vulnerability, the toilet for room 11 was outside of the room. So I had to go out of my room, lock the door, go to the loo, and then unlock my room door again. All in a building that isn't locked, and isn't staffed. In the middle of the night, that felt uncomfortable.
Perhaps the detail about the toilet not being ensuite was in the description, but I don't remember seeing it. And honestly, it wouldn't have been a major issue if there had been any sense of security in the whole property.

It was a very hot day, and although a fan was provided in the room, it would've been nice if it'd been running before I arrived because it was difficult to get the temperature down.

My room had a separate bathroom. And top floor.. very steep stairs

Strange not actually seeing anyone, on line check in, no breakfast, so thought price was high for just a room 🤔😿

The heat. Nothing you can do about it though.

Loft room was unbearably hot, and the bathroom was in a corridor outside of the room shared with another room. There was only one bathrobe between both of us, and the room rules printed out asked us to “use water sparingly”. There was no receptionist, and when I contacted them over the phone there was no answer. I messaged the room mentioning the issues, and only received a response back at 11pm in the evening that that’s what I got from the budget room. The only advertised difference between the normal room and budget room was that it was a slightly smaller room.

Que no hubiera ascensor. Viajaba con una valija muy pesada y las escaleras eran muy empinadas hasta mi habitacion. Queda cerca de la estacion de tren pero hay que atravesar un pasadizo muy largo, pero no parecia tan peligroso, pero no suele haber mucha gente por alli.
