Great value, no nonsense, very satisfactory stay.
Pros:

Great value, very clean, facilities perfectly adequate. Perfect for a quick business trip.

Cons:

Front door wouldn’t open but side door was always open so not a problem. Fact that there are no staff there might put some people off but I quite liked it!

Pros:

Location for us was very good, parking on site, spacious en-suite bathroom, hot drink provision ( biscuits rather than sweets would have been nice).

Cons:

Improvements could be made with more powerful shower, explanation of how the basin tap works and a new mattress. Cobwebs on ceiling above bed. We didn’t see any staff to comment on.

Very enjoyable stay, very clean and well equipped. Close to town centre.
Pros:

Very clean, room had excellent facilities including a fridge and we also we had use of a well equipped communal kitchen. En-suite bathroom was also very clean.
We did not see staff apart from bumping into cleaner on a couple of occasions, communication was via mobile phone. This said, that did not cause any problems.
No hairdryer in room but I was aware of this before I went.
Well positioned to walk into town centre.
Car parking at rear of building.

Cons:

Bed was a little soft for my personal liking but this did not affect how well I slept.

Great value for money.
Pros:

No Breakfast option but small kitchen areas available with simple cooking facilities. The showers are all simple electric units but work well and bathrooms are super clean.

Cons:

Most of the furniture was very used, worn and out of place and the mattresses where not that comfortable.

This is not a hotel in the traditional sense - a hybrid of hotel and airb&b.
Pros:

The room was very decent, warm with good en suite.
There was a well equipped kitchen for customer use. Not appropriate in my case.
Tea and coffee facility in room, and an empty fridge.

Cons:

No staff were on site for reception.I was given a link to indicate my arrival - it was for a telephone not message as indicated. I asked about availabiluty of breakfast locally and was in initially told there were chinese carry outs. This was clarified to the bus station. I had the inpression the person I spoke to had little local knowledge. This was confirmed as I discovered excellent locations in the town centre.
Other comments: no iron, no safebox, no hairdrier, no local information eg map/lists of eating places,no local shops.
There was no checkout process- I simply left keys in room and departed.
