Great location and facilities and helpful staff
Pros:

Location was superb.
Staff were helpful.
Gym and games room were brilliant, and the outside space was unexpected but very welcome.

Cons:

Parking could have been an issue but staff were most obliging and sorted the problem immediately.

Quite worth the price.
Pros:

Location is excellent, very close to the beach. Quiet. Very clean. Tea/coffee making supplies provided in abundance. The gym is a bonus.

Cons:

The only downside is the use of blinds for the windows. Blackout curtains would have been perfect especially now that the sun comes out quite early.

Pros:

Fab location. We could walk easily to the BIC in just 5-10mins. Lovely, comfortable room which included a fridge.

Cons:

I was disappointed not to be able to book parking for the stay, especially as there were spaces available throughout. We did book parking elsewhere with a 5 mins walk.

Akzeptable Unterkunft mit gutem Preisverhältnis in guter Lage.
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, gutes Freizeitangebot mit Tischtennis u.a.

Cons:

Die gezeigten Fotos entsprechen nicht ganz dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Möbel waren schon ziemlich abgelebt und aus der Wasserleitung bekamen wir auch schon einmal braunes Wasser. In Summe für den Preis aber zu verkraften.

Large house in Bournemouth
Pros:

Bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated.

Bed was very comfy and it was a good Smart Freely tv which we liked. Nice drinks and biscuit tray and very good facilities in the main building, good outside area.

Small fridge very useful.

Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Communal hallway and stairs a bit tired.

No person entry etc and car reg podium not working so we had to call number given and go into other side of building to register our car/parking.

No mirror in bathroom.

Kettle difficult to fill from bathroom tap.

Schlechteste Unterkunft ever
Pros:

Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Aufenthaltsbereich im EG, der mit einer Tischtennisplatte, einem Kickertisch und Billard recht gut ausgestattet ist.
Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft, in der ich die letzten Jahre übernachtet habe. Entweder sind die offiziellen Bilder viel älter oder gefaked. In den Zimmern sind Stromkabel mit Kabelkanälen verlegt, für die Putz aufgehakt, aber am den meisten Stellen nicht zugemacht wurde. Wir haben in Zimmer 10 übernachtet. Die Tapeten sind teilweise lose, der Putz fiel von der Decke und die Gardinen hatten Löcher und waren dreckig.

Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Ich war früher als geplant an der Unterkunft und wollte anfragen, ob ich mein Gepäck bis zum Check-in verstauen kann. Das wäre kein Problem gewesen, aber stattdessen konnte ich sogar schon mein Zimmer beziehen, was mich sehr gefreut hat! Das Zimmer selbst sah gemütlich und einladend aus. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sowohl Bettwäsche als auch Handtücher haben sehr gut gerochen. Der Kühlschrank war Gold wert. So konnte ich ein paar Lebensmittel lagern (Unterkunft ohne Frühstück). Toll fand ich auch die Sitzecke im Außenbereich, da ich dort tagsüber im Schatten sitzen und lesen konnte.

Die Lage ist optimal. Der Strand ist quasi direkt vor der Tür und das Town Center erreicht man in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Ebenfalls super: Wasserspender in der Lobby. Erspart das Schleppen von Plastikflaschen.

Cons:

Dafür kann The Shore tatsächlich nichts, aber für hitzeempfindliche Menschen ist es leider im Sommer nicht die richtige Unterkunft. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator, aber die Hitze hat sich so im Zimmer gestaut, dass ich nachts kaum schlafen konnte.

Was mir ansonsten noch aufgefallen ist war mangelnde Sauberkeit an der einen oder anderen Stelle. Meine Gläser und Tassen waren nicht richtig sauber und die Sitzecke draußen war schon sehr eingestaubt. Da könnte man definitiv ein bisschen mehr drauf achten. Insgesamt ist es aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Bournemouth und ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

La ubicación, lo único realmente.

Cons:

Para empezar no era nada como en las fotos. No estaba limpio, muchos desperfectos en la habitación y olía mal. Aparte de que hacia muchísimo calor en la habitación y no entraba luz natural. Por tanto nos sentimos engañados. Contratas una cosa y lo que recibes es otra completamente diferente, mirad las fotos para la comparativa.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und die Innengestaltung ebenso. Hatten sogar einen Balkon, auf dem man abends noch eine gemütliche Zeit verbringen konnte. Empfehlenswert 👍🏼
