Pros:

Room was comfortable lovely area facilities were excellent no toaster in room as stated and lift no longer working which was an issue as partner is disabled and we were on top floor spoke to owner and was given free parking for our stay as good will gesture
Lovely and quiet at night

Instructions to enter was brilliant
Had a wonderful stay
Gym was good
Drinks available to make while in games room. No milk though but not end of the world
I would deffo stay again

Cons:

Only issue was couldn't open patio doors by pool table which is fire exit to go outside to garden area as was locked opened a window while playing as stuffy in there but doors had just been fixed so probably why

Came here to see family & the Shore was perfect for the stay

I had a query about getting in when I got there so phoned and within a couple of minutes the host was there and resolved

Pros:

Price, position, easy to ask for help by text or message. Very close to the sea and other amenities. Parking was excellent and cheap. The room was clean, great to have a fridge and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

Nothing - for the price, we had no complaints. Wasn't keen on having to book parking separately; they could have added cost to booking or had a room with parking option and charged a little more.

Fab place to stay!
Pros:

Perfect location to beach 5 min walk and town centre 10 mins walk.
On arrival someone was in our allocated parking space but there is a sign saying if this happens then park in any as long as you put your reg into the machine its fine. Staff were friendly and helped me figure out the code to get in. It was me being stupid and not putting it in right lol
There's a shop, pub and chippy 2 mins down the road.
The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Well decorated and maintained. With tea and coffee supplies and a fridge. TV had Netflix, disney etc.
There was a family/games room available and water machine in the main entrance.
I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

Cons:

My only thing was there was no mirror in the bathroom. There was one in the bed room but it would if been easier for a girl to do make up in the bathroom :)

Lovely and clean, great potential for amazing place!
Pros:

Good location, clean good communication prior to arrival etc.

Cons:

Just needs a few little things to make it brilliant! Wouldn’t cost a lot. Mirror in bathroom so you can shave. Remove signs re black flannels as no longer provide and that’s ok. People should be respectful of linen anyways! A door handle on outside of door, so people can close the doors quietly, as our stay was disturbed by people slamming doors shut all the time. I get it, it was hard to close without doing that a small handle would fix that.

Pleasant stay, room was as described and clean.
Pros:

Nice location close to the pier although given it’s Bournemouth you are on a hill. Entry instructions were easy to follow and room was clean.

Cons:

Was disappointed to not able to get normal tv channels, tried all options on tv, but signal was not picking up.

Pros:

Logement très bien placée. Grande chambre. Propre. Agréablement surpris qu'il y ait un frigo. Séjour très agréable

Cons:

Problème avec Booking. J'avais demandé une recherche d'un logement près de Saint Ives en Cornouailles, et le système m'a proposé ce logement à 350km de la Cornouailles. Grosse déception. Mais nous avons passé 3 jours intéressants quand-même.

The shore
Pros:

The location was very close a park over looking the beach and lovely sea views, a short walk to the local bus stops. Bus services which were excellent.
Communication with the hotel was via the booking app but we were given all the information we needed and when we reported a broken shower fixture we had an quick apology and it was fixed the next day while we were out.
The hotel was very basic but we only used it for sleeping in during our stay so suited our needs.

Cons:

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Our room was at the side of the house so it looked directly into the next hotel and we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy.
