Would return. Great price
Pros:

The room was really clean and comfortable. The set up for hot drinks was great, and there being a fridge in the room was great to. Tv worked. And there was also a hair dryer, iron and board in the room as well which was great.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off, but no one knew what to do as there were no staff on site, and as far as I know, no one came to even check it out.
There is also some decoration needed doing in the bathroom hole in the wall between bath and toilet, and the radiator by the front door you could hear it leaking after a while so we had to turn it off.

Pros:

Bargain stay in Bournemouth, we prebooked car psrking which was so much easier.
clean with everything you needed .10min walk to town .gym included in stay.. safe and secure .
We visited Weymouth and Poole on our 4 day stay .
Definitely recommend as a bargain stay with a clean everything you need stay
Local pub, shop and chip shop and restaurant literally around the corner

Cons:

Honestly .nothing apart from it rained for the 4 days which is obviously not there fault

unsecure hot box, whoever takes the photos of the rooms needs some sort of award
Cons:

i paid for car parking and was allocated a spot but upon arrival my spot was already taken. i parked in another spot and had to update the site. from walking through the front door everything creaked and there was an overwhelming smell of drugs that persisted for my whole stay . the room was tatty, dingy due to just 1 light in the far corner of the room., there was a chest drawers that you couldn't open as the wardrobe was blocking them in for example. there was nails poking through the lino in the bathroom which you end up standing on numerous times. the room was hot at all times, even with the heating turned off. The security was the worst part about my stay, each morning i repacked my stuff and left it in my car as i felt that was more secure than the room. The big sash window in the room had no lock on so could be opened from the inside and out as the room was on the 1st floor won't be too bad apart from the walkway of the house next door you'd be able to get in. Also the door itself the ability to lock the room from the inside once you are in the room had been removed from the yale. after the reason for my visit had ended instead of spending the extra night i booked to rest and relax before a 5 hour drive home, i choose the 5 hour drive room through the rain and night than stay any longer in the room.
