Čistota, prostorný pokoj i koupelna. Oceňuji varnou konvici pro přípravu kávy nebo čaje. Obojí k dispozici.

Non ho notato difetti, per le persone anziane magari non sono il top le stanze all’ultimo piano dato che ci sono solo le scale.

Een geweldige accommodatie met vele mogelijkheden.
Pros:

Bij aankomst harte ontvangen ook Engels sprekend, personeel zeer attent en behulpzaam. Kamer was fantastisch met uitzicht op zee zijden. Loop afstand naar het centrum en openbaar vervoer.

Het is echt een beleving van begin tot eind.

Camere ben ristrutturate e pulite. Il ristorante sotto è davvero molto buono.

Tutto Perfetto!
Pros:

Top in tutto:
-Check-in e Chek-out veramente immediati;
- Posizione strategica di fronte al porto, per chi vuole godersi la tranquillità degli stabilimenti di Grottammare a Nord (300 MT dalla spiaggia libera), o a Sud verso centro di San Benedetto (800 MT dai primi stabilimenti).
- Camera Impressionante per quanto efficiente e pulita: praticamente neo ristrutturata, tutto nuovo dagli infissi, alle porte, al bagno, con prodotti per colazione di benvenuto; Balcone grandissimo con un comodo stendino per asciugare e per rilassarsi con tavolino e sedie la sera.
- parcheggio grande (libero no custodito) praticamente a 50 metri con tettoia. Ma anche di fronte al ristorante si può comodamente parcheggiare
- cucina super attrezzata, nuova e con frigorifero "vero" per rinfrescare le nostre bibite.


L'host è stato molto carino e cordiale nell'averci ricevuto subito (in anticipo rispetto alla data di checkin concordata al momento della prenotazione). Credo non poteva capitarci situazione migliore e sceglierò senz'altro questa struttura sul lungo mare nelle future vacanze a San Benedetto (magari questa volta provando anche la cucina del loro ristorante che non ho avuto l'occasione di assaggiare 🙂)

Cons:

Difficile trovare un difetto, forse che non si trova proprio a ridosso del primo stabilimento a San Benedetto, ma se si è disposti ad una passeggiata di 15 minuti per arrivare al centro (solo rettilineo) , allora è impossibile intravedere qualcosa di negativo.

Really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Rooms were extra clean, comfortable with large balcony. Location does not have a great view as behind is the fisher men port but walking 5 minutes you can arrive at very nice places. Plus best restaurant under the suite.
