Mimosa Hotel Phú Quốc

There was a problem with the key card — only one was given. I couldn’t charge anything in my room because when I removed the card, there was no electricity.
The room was not cleaned every day.
There was no electricity for a few hours at one point.
The staff did not speak English.

Deux jrs sans eaux chaude, le nettoyage des chambres ne se fait pas automatiquement, il fallait que je leur demande de nettoyer la chambre et pas changement de serviettes ni ajout du papier toilettes

У нас в номере была зона кухни с раковиной и вытяжкой, большим холодильником и чайником - но не было плиты и никаких других кухонных принадлежностей. Было бы здорово если бы были хотя бы доска, нож и пара тарелок, вилок, чтобы этой зоной кухни можно было пользоваться, хотя бы фрукты порезать, а так она оказалось максимально бесполезной))

The housekeeping ignored changing bed linen and cleaning properly during the first week of my stay even though I informed them several times, which caused frustration and total mess. One of them was brave enough to lie in my eyes and persuade that she had changed the sheets, but I am a hard nut to crack. Once you fail to provide proper service the management will be immediately informed. Luckily, lots of people look for jobs. The new hotel is ‘losing face’ because of such unprofessional cleaners and one pregnant receptionist who was unable to solve issues diplomatically and demonstrate appropriate manners. Probably it’s time for her to leave the job. Hope the CEO will pay proper attention to that as the employees may easily ruin the business.

Later on (starting from the 6th day of my long stay) the girls from the reception finally fixed that. But I was not the only guest who was mad about that unacceptable cleaning 🧽

In my opinion, it is better to take dirty clothes to washing stores directly by yourselves (there are some around hotel), not give them to the hotel staff for washing.

- Уборка номера была минимальной: в углах оставалась пыль и грязь.(В целом, это не мешало отдыху)
- Матрас с просевшими пружинами, они скрипели и спать было не очень комфортно.
- Холодильник отключался вместе с электричеством при выходе из номера, но со временем эту проблему удалось устранить.

Окна были сломаны и нормально не закрывались, утром было шумно. Не давали вторую карточку от номера, потеряли вещи которые сдавали в стирку, слив в душе не работал нормально. Не рекомендую данный отель

Комната все-таки маловата, но всего хватает.
Вечером, после заката , вода была холодной. И к напору вопросы.
