Pros:

Nothing was appealing.

Cons:

Loud music from neighbor room and they won’t enforce noise levels until 10pm. Small rooms, cheap furnishings, uncomfortable bed

Clean, nice staff
Pros:

Great stay at Tru by Hilton in Yakima! The room was clean, the shower had strong water pressure, and Luis and Anfrony were both friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice looking hotel but VERY thin walls! Avoid if you can't sleep with noise.
Pros:

Overall, it is a nice newer hotel. I liked the downstairs lobby area with the pool table, lots of places to sit, and little convience store. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly. The room was decent sized and overall pretty comfortable furnishings.

Cons:

Breakfast was not amazing - the hot foods looked pretty unappetizing and one morning I tried the bacon which was a mistake. But there were plenty of other options (bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt) so that was fine. I just wouldn't recommend it to someone wanting a nice hot meal in the morning. Overall, the HUGE issue with this hotel is the thin walls. The first night we stayed was quiet and comfortable - zero complaints. The second night there were people in the room next to ours who had their TV on and it was SO loud in our room. We were trying to go to bed and it was impossible. Eventually sometime after 11pm I called the front desk and they said it was after quiet hours and they would contact that room. I ended up having to call the front desk I think 3 times total before anything changed and it was after midnight. They had to threaten the neighbors with calling security. I honestly think the issue is just the terribly thin walls. It didn't sound like they were partying or anything, just watching TV but the TV might as well have been in our room. The front desk was super nice and handled it well but it was so frustrating not being able to sleep during a night away. If you cannot sleep with noise next to you I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you stay here.

Great place to stay in Yakima
Pros:

The staff here are wonderful. The place is always clean and comfortable. I also really like the breakfast options. It's in a great location with easy access to so many things.

Cons:

I wouldn't change a thing.

It's a good hotel when I need to be close to work, nothing more nothing less
Pros:

The location is great. Can go to the supermarket or various restaurants all within 5-10 mins walk.

Cons:

Soundproofing could be a bit better, heard neighbors and hallways pretty easily.

Pros:

The area was perfect for us to visit friends near by. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the open spaces near the lobby. We liked having coffee and tea whenever we wanted.

Cons:

The morning we were leaving, we received a phone call on the room phone which was a scam. The caller said they represented the hotel and their system was down. Thankfully, I was suspicious and had my husband go down and speak to the front desk. They said IT was looking into how they were able to get into their system to make the calls to guests.

I had quality rest here!
Pros:

The linen and pillows smell nothing, which is perfect!

Cons:

The floor and walls are so thin that noise from next door penetrate quite easily.

Comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast room was sunny, comfortable and on the whole very pleasant. The breakfast was on a par with similar motels. Offerings were varied and plentiful.

Pros:

Great location. Staff was great, free shuttle/taxi to and from airport and rental car locations.

Cons:

My only real negative is the breakfast. They have the same paper thin bacon other hotels have. It's so thin that it almost doesn't taste like bacon. So for the price of the hotel room and it being a Hilton hotel, I expected a better breakfast.

Clean, spacious room with a nice continental breakfast.
Pros:

There were good breakfast options and the space to eat was clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy. There was good amenities if you wanted to work out at the gym. The towels and linens were all clean and there were extras if needed.

Cons:

The bedside tables were on the small side so not a ton of room to put more than your phone and another smaller item.
