Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal,das sich immer gut gekümmert hat, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück und das Schwimmbad für den Start in den Tag.

Cons:

In dem geräumigen Bad wären ein paar Handtuchhalterungen , Ablagen und Haken sehr hilfreich.

Bisher schlechteste Zimmer der letzten 20 Jahre.
Pros:

Der Pool war sehr schön 👍 Die Kellner und Kellnerin waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Sehr schlechtes Zimmer, Fenster erst in 1,60 Meter Höhe,kaum Beleuchtung,daher sehr dunkel. Absolut kein Komfortzimmer, schon gar nicht für diesen Preis, Das bisher mit Abstand schlechteste Zimmer,was wir bei ihnen gebucht haben. Frühstück sehr einfallslos und jeden Tag gleich. Dem Preis nicht angemessen und auch nicht weiter zu empfehlen...

Pros:

Gute Qualität, aber keine Abwechslung. Jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt. Latte M. Hätte man selber zahlen müssen. Kein Bacon

Geizig mit Handtüchern, genau abgezählt. Fremde in der Sauna

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen

Cons:

Ich darf aus gesundheitlichen Gründen keinen Kaffee trinken. Dieser wurde in Thermoskannen auf dem Tisch bereit gestellt.
Leider hätte ich für einen Cappuchino zusätzlich 4,60 Euro zahlen müssen. So blieb mir nicht' s anderes übrig, zum Frühstück Tee zu trinken.

Pros:

Spontane Entscheidung und wir waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Sehr freundliches Personal und auch die dazugehörige Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder war auch optimal und die Lage war für uns perfekt, um den Elberadweg zu befahren. Sauna und Pool waren sauber und nie überfüllt.
Kann man wirklich gern weiterempfehlen.

Gutes Standardzimmer und gutes Restaurant.
Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit guter Küche und Standard-Zimmern.
Das Frühstücksbuffet, aber auch das Abendessen war deftig und gut.
Leider hatte ich keine Zeit den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen. Allein, dass es diesen gibt, bewerte ich positiv.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, aber wirklich nur Standard. Gläser waren im Zimmer. Getränke nicht. Kein Nachttisch neben dem Bett. Keine Steckdosen, Leselampe etc.
