El hotel estaba muy limpio y la habitación era muy cómoda.
Nos obligaron a pagar en efectivo cuando en la página web ponía que se pagaba con tarjeta.querian que cancelara la habitación con Booking para contratarla con ellos a menor precio.y luego nos dijeron que nos fuéramos a otro hotel.fue una situación muy desagradable que duró más de una hora.y al final no me dieron factura de la noche de hotel.fue una lastima porque el hotel está muy bien,es nuevo y está todo muy limpio.

Good for its price range. The staff was very nice and attentive. We stayed for one night so not much I could say. Close to main locations.
The Hotel is relatively new and the interior is nice and clean
We booked a triple room which was slightly more expensive, just to have a bit more space. When we arrived we got a double room. We tried to tell them that this is not what we booked and the reaction was "but you are two person". Anyway, after some back and forth they said the heating is not working in the triple room thats why they gave us a double room. Okay, so we said will we get free breakfast then as compensation for the extra money we paid for the triple room? They then said there is no breakfast available in the hotel at all.
So we just stayed at the double room, but then the heating wasn't working in that room as well. So we had to move upstairs to have a double and heated room. The staff was really willing to help by that point. But overall the situation was a bit annoying.
Besides of this, all was okay.

Well located at the center of Tsaltubo , room with good temperature and nice and hot shower.
The accomodation is superb, staff is very frendly
It’s a new hotel, they just opened. Rooms are bright, spacious and clean. They didn’t have blankets, but we asked for and they provided them. Also in the morning Mariam offered coffee with desserts, it was very sweet of her. Next to the hotel, a few stores and a local market. Very convenient looking.
