Desayuno muy poco variado

Están construyendo al lado del hotel.

Very noisy - hard to sleep. No hand towels or wash towels. Locks on door were very cheap - twist lock on door knob - like what you would have on a bathroom door - not very secure. Could easily open any door with a simple credit card.

La musique vendredi et samedi soir, manque de choix pour le Pdj continental et pas de buffet;de plus obligé de réclamer ce qui était compris dans la formule .Nous sommes allés ailleurs les autres jours

La mujer que atiende para desayunar, nos atendió sin ganas y casi sin querer responder nuestras preguntas sobre lo que había para desayunar. No me gustó para nada y por eso no volvimos a desayunar en el hotel, desayunamos solo una mañana, mientras estábamos desayunando se sentó una pareja de Mexicanos y los atendió muy bien. No le gustan los extranjeros aparentemente. Esto no es para complicar el trabajo de la mujer, debe ser amable

Le petit déjeuner

The first night I arrived, I put my things in the room, had a shower, and went for a walk. When I came back, the door would not open. The key just kept spinning in the lock. I waited for them to call the owner, and after about 30 to 40 minutes she arrived. I assumed she was a locksmith, but she simply tried the door like everyone else using a key. She even grabbed a kitchen knife and tried to force it open. At that point, I had the strong impression this was not the first time this had happened.

They said they would call a locksmith. I told them I was exhausted, it was late at night, and I had been traveling all day. I could not sit around for hours waiting. They initially said there were no other rooms available, but eventually agreed to give me another room.

While I was waiting, the man at the counter clearly did not seem to care. No one even offered me water. When I was finally taken to the new room, I took drinks from the fridge at reception and told them I was taking

I felt very uneasy because all my belongings, including my computer and phones, were locked inside the original room. The next day, I went to that room, the door was wide open and anyone could have gone in and taken my things. I checked out, but no one offered me a discount or any form of compensation.

I understand that these things can happen, but being charged full price for this situation is not acceptable. On top of that, in the new room, there was someone else’s underwear hanging in the shower, which was extremely unpleasant to see.

They should offer a discount because what I paid for was not what I had wanted. Plus, having to stress all night that my luggage was still there.

On vous dit petit déjeuner compris, arrivé sur place nous avons des fruits une boisson chaude, des toasts et pour avoir une assiette d'œuf il faut payer 5 dollars supplémentaire par personne.
La vaisselle du petit dejeuner n'était pas très propre.

El desayuno no vale la pena por el precio , Siempre las mismas frutas y las cantidades insuficientes , Si bien el hotel esta en una muy buena ubicación al frente de este ahí un local nocturno que afecta el dormir ,ya que varias noches entre el ruido de la musica , los gritos de las personas que se quedan fuera de este después del horario y llantos de borrachos interrumpir el dormir , el closet de la habitación asignada presenta un olor extraño ( olor a madera fuerte ) que dejo la ropa pasada a este y el ultimo día en la habitación no fueron reemplazados o rellenados los artículos de tocador ( jabón , acondicionar ) .

That they saved my card number front and back, I have been in hotels around the world and this never happened to me before!

Could be noisy at night until 3am, luckily we brought earplugs.
