Pros:

The rooms are excellent guys.. The hotel area also surrounded by restaurants and many convenience stores.

Cons:

the smell of the lobby and the whole building generally--sour and unpleasant.

I thought it was closer to the airport than it was 40 mins by train and far away from the tourist area of Seoul up to 3 hrs

Pros:

We booked 3 rooms, we arrived early and we were allowed to check in to two of the rooms which was greatly appreciated. Location is a short walk from train and bus stations as well as restaurants, cafes and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The entrance was a little hard to locate. The computer in my room was very noisy and the screen wouldn't go to sleep. I ended up shutting it down.

It’s acceptable for a one-night stay.
Pros:

On a positive note, the room was quiet with no noticeable noise, and the heating system worked quietly and comfortably, allowing me to sleep well.

Cons:

I booked a Deluxe Room mainly for the bathtub, but I was initially assigned a Standard Room with only a shower. After contacting the front desk, I was moved to another room; however, that room had a very strong cigarette smell, so I had to request another change.
Unfortunately, the third room also still had some cigarette odor. In addition, the furniture such as the table and chairs looked quite worn, the silicone around the bathtub was coming apart, and I found a long hair in the sink, which was disappointing in terms of cleanliness.
