Pros:

We got upgraded for free on arrival to a much better room which was nice! Room was very clean and facilities were good. Breakfast was nice but not much variety.

Cons:

Staff were a bit rude and not very helpful when we tried to book a boat tour.

Pros:

Стаята беше просторна и сравнително тиха. В нея имаше всичко с изключение на сешоар. Закуската беше повече от обилна и разнообразна.

Cons:

На първо време момчето от рецепцията се опита да ни надпише цената на стаята с над 100 брунейски долара. Не знам дали от недоглеждане или от незнание, но успях да го хвана преди да платим. Душът в банята имаше проблем, а тоалетната хартия след като свърши така и не поставиха ново руло.

The breakfast is good with good service. The front desk staff are all very nice and helpful. Location is convenient with shops and restaurants.
