Cons:

Think new management were experiencing teething difficulties, seemed short staffed, manager overslept and forgot breakfast order but seemed genuinely mortified.

Lovely room, great staff in the evening but no one around in the morning !!! Very strange

The evening meal was lovely

Cons:

Didn't get breakfast even to though it was ordered the night before, but when we came down in the morning the restaurant was locked and there was no one around!!! We left the key and had to go elsewhere for breakie!!! I did call the number on the door and left a message, but noone replied!!!

I would not stay again
Pros:

Decent amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tea, coffee, hairdryer)

Cons:

The bed had not been changed since last guest. Shower was not draining and plug full of hair.

Breakfast was ordered the night before and was cooked ready for our chosen time. Excellent!

Nice comfy bed .Room was nice .

Cons:

Saff were very overwhelmed.
It was Christmas eve but still service was very chaotic .Shame because its a nice place and they were nice people.
