A unique boutique hotel in a central DC location. Not perfect, but very nice. A bit pricey.
Pros:

Interior decor was clean and modern. Front desk staff, restaurant and cleaning staff were all friendly and attentive. Restaurant was convenient and above average in quality. Deluxe King room was nicely decorated and equipped and was fairly comfortable overall. A unique upscale boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and points of interest nearby. Great location.

Cons:

The bed was just okay, a little firm and the duvey comforter was a little heavy. Pillows were very soft down-like.
The walk-in shower was nice but the water valve was quite difficult to adjust to get a comfortable water temperature.
The lighting in the room was minimal, especially in the entry area by the door and closet where there was no overhead lighting at all.

Pros:

Hotel is a little gem in the city. Great location,friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant meals were tasty. A great experience,I will be recommending.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very nice residential area. We did a lot of walking and it’s about 45 minutes from the White House but you can use public transport if you want to. We ate in the restaurant most evenings. The food is very good and the surroundings comfortable. The bar area is also really good (and often quite lively in a good way).

Cons:

Our only minor problem was that sometimes for breakfast there was a wait to get a table. There didn’t seem to be enough staff who were willing to clear the tables quickly enough.

Rough start and the robotic did not try and make it right.

The location was amazing . The bar team was great and accommodating.

Cons:

We checked in and were assigned a room with room keys. Upon entering the room there was already a guest occupying that room, but our key worked and made for an uncomfortable situation. When we were assigned another room, the toilet was dirty and had feces in the toilet. We were offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience, which we did not take.
