Pros:

Had breakfast included. As well as public baths.
Staff was helpful.

Cons:

TV screen is small.
The line for breakfast was long (waited about 15 minutes to get through the line).
AC was dripping water onto the floor (maybe that can't be helped)

スタッフが感じ良いので許せる。
Pros:

喫煙室がある。
出入りが自由である。
清潔。

Cons:

貴ホテルの手配ではなく、Bookig.Comかもしれないが、連携とれてなかったのか、2泊中、最初の一泊が禁煙室で、荷物の移動をしなければならなかったのが面倒だった。

It was clean, accessible, and very helpful staff.

Central to our needs. Had parking available. Easy to check in and out. Very friendly staff.

満足です。
Pros:

ルームキーがなければエレベーターを利用出来ないセキュリティシステムは初めてでした。　安心感があります。

Cons:

1.フロントスタッフが少し愛想がなかった。
2.祝日で大浴場が使えなかった。
3.大浴場の女湯のシャワーが３つしかないのに、一つ故障で使えなかった。
