We loved this hotel and recommend it
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. It is in central Merida on an important street.

Cons:

The wifi did not work in the upstairs room.

Great location
Pros:

The location was great - close to the Plaza Grande or Parque Santa Lucia. Lovely courtyard with the the fountain in the middle. Convenient restaurant attached to the hotel.
The AC didn't work so we moved to another room which was a much nicer.
Discounted pay parking for the car was next door. A staff member helped us with the luggage and then assisted with showing us the parking lot.

La piscine extérieure et l'emplacement

Cons:

La chambre un peu petite avec deux lits, la literie était moyenne et c'était quand même bruyant côté rue surtout le matin

Excelente ubicación, limpio.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, los mejores restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina literalmente. Y es un bonito edificio.

Cons:

Cuando hice la reservacion por Booking decia que habia Parking, no menciona nunca que tenia un costo aparte de $60 pesos por dia, igual decia que por $100 incluia un desayuno, todos estos servicios eran con terceros pero no lo explica bien booking, creo que no es culpa del hotel mas bien de BOOKING.COM

Lo que si no me gusto fue que no tenian contactos o enchufes o electricidad cerca de las camas y el baño no evacuaba bien, habia que hacerlos 3 veces minimo.

Lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Lugar tranquilo y familiar, excelente ubicación, en el corazón del centro.

Cons:

Preferiría que el baño fuese sin bañera ya que es algo incómodo entrar y salir para bañarse y estaría mejor si tuviese más contactos en la habitación.

Bel hôtel typique
Pros:

Très bel hôtel magnifiquement décoré (hacienda typique avec de jolies boiseries un peu partout). Très bel espace piscine avec la présence d'un joli chat. Le patio au centre de l'hôtel ajoute un vrai cachet à la décoration. Nuit calme grâce aux doubles vitrages. Proche du centre (moins de 5 minutes à pied). Restaurants et commerces à proximité. Parking payant à côté de l'hôtel (prix très abordable pour la nuit). C'est le personnel qui nous accompagne pour garer la voiture.

Cons:

La chasse d'eau dans la salle de bain défectueuse.

Es muy excelente para recorrer el centro y su periferia y la ventaja es que tiene estacionamiento 24h, lleva su costo extra pero es justo.

Prachtige locatie, in het toeristische centrum en op loopafstand van alles wat we wilden zien. Personeel was vriendelijk en het hotel is goed onderhouden. Het is een relatief oud hotel, maar dit wisten we bij het boeken en doordat alles schoon was, was het juist een extra belevenis.

Het hotel is echt in het centrum, waardoor je wel geluiden hoorde van de straat. Dit was voor ons geen probleem aangezien we juist graag in het centrum wilden zitten.

Great Fuken Location
Pros:

The location is exceptional. Less than half a mile walk to main plaza. As soon as you step out of hotel, there's historic buildings, places to eat, drink, or beautiful souvenirs.

Cons:

The only thing that sucked is that there's a club that plays the music too loud and you're gonna hear it until about 1200 AM. And there's the occasional drunk people late at night that are yelling. But there was not too much of late night partiers. That area quiets down around midnight.
