La situation géographique en plein cœur du centre de Merida avec un parking payant mais bien pratique qui jouxte l’hôtel. La piscine est très appréciable aussi en rentrant de sortie à la journée.

La habitación limpia.

Cons:

En las noches se escuchaba ruido, como si un motor estuviera encendido pero no supe si era del hotel o de otro lugar cerca.
La señal de WiFi falla mucho.

Agradable, muy bien ubicado. La atención del Personal es siempre amable. Buena experiencia.
Pros:

El hotel es algo antiguo ya pero las habitaciones están limpias y son muy amplias. La ubicación es excelente porque se puede caminar por la zona del Centro de Mérida. La atención todos el Staff es excelente.

Solamente la ubicación, y la cama cómoda.

Cons:

Las fotos no son como parece en Booking, no había personal en el lobby cuando se ocupaba, y ni se diga que se echaron a perder ambos elevadores por unas horas :(

Pros:

El hotel está en pleno centro de la ciudad. Cómodo, amplio y limpio, aunque un poco viejo.
Es ideal para conocer la ciudad.

Cons:

El wifi en nuestra habitación llegaba bastante regular.
El parking se paga aparte.

Staying at Casa del Balam was comfortable and was centrally located. It was a pleasurable stay.
Pros:

The setting was conducive to relaxing. The pool area just sitting there in the night felt relaxing and helped me unwind. The rooms with it’s old Mexican charm felt homey yet sophisticated.

Cons:

The internet in the room was not the best, it would need wifi extenders in the room to get the connection further than the bathroom area. The air conditioner in our first room was not the best but after my husband made a complaint we got to change room and the problem was solved.
