It’s a scam don’t book here, even the location is a dead end

The is nothing I like about it as I was scammed, they did not answer the call and the location was a dead end

Cons:

This host AsandaMbhele is a scam, stay away from her. They don't even know who the h*ll she is at the hotel. Luckily the hotel's manager was kind enough to accommodate us in discounted prices, after she ghosted us. Ei but this hotel is exceptional

Cons:

The sliding window was stuck(& we found it like that so I don’t know if they don’t check things before people sign in), we didn’t get any assistance & slept with an open sliding for 2 days. It was extremely cold & as someone with sinuses I got really sick

Pros:

Dont think twice, just book this one.100m away from Benmore shopping mall. Club lounge with pool and affordable prices at the bar.
Everything was perfect. Supermarket INSIDE hotel premises.
Guess this will be our next place stay in joburg.
My family loved it. Thank you again, will be back i promise.
