Great hotel and wonderful staff!
Pros:

The hotel is charming and in a wonderful location. The complimentary breakfast was made fresh to order and served at your table on the beautiful terrace. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the rooms are immaculate! I would definitely stay again if I am ever back in Merida!

Cons:

My street-side room was a little noisy, but it was so close to the main square, that is to be expected.

Pros:

Wonderful property in the heart of Merida. The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating, particularly Daniel! The breakfast was amazing, served à la carte.

the room is nothing like the photos advertised. the walls had mold, the floor was cracked ,and sink was broken, the bedsheet were stained. The outstide pool was nothing like the photos advertised and it was dirty.

This hotel was in the right location with delicious breakfast, nice rooms, excellent staff.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. Especially Victor and Daniel. They were both always helpful, provided great recommendations, and assisted with our side quests

Très agréable séjour au coeur de Merida
Pros:

Magnifique hotel, les chambres au 3eme etage sont spacieuses, lit tres confortables.
Au coeur de Merida, donne sur la rue piétonne et à 2 pas de la place centrale.

Cons:

Nous aurions préféré un buffet pour le petit déjeuner car nous étions pressé le matin. Néanmoins les pancake et french toast que nous avons pris étaient délicieux !
Notre chambre n'avait malheureusement pas de fenetre sur l'exterieur et avait seulement une porte fenetre sur le patio, cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous avons passé une seule nuit mais pour un séjour plus long, cela pourrait être gênant.
L'eau chaude n'etait pas tres chaude dans notre chambre.

Location is central, staff were friendly and the breakfast which was included was good!

Cons:

The shower head needs to be replaced as the pressure was weird with one spout being forceful as the rubber was missing. And it wasn’t hot water, just lukewarm.

La situación era buena

Cons:

Las instalaciones están viejas. La habitación es muy muy pequeña no tiene sitio donde dejar la maleta y no tienes armario. El grifo del lavamanos está totalmente suelto. Además nos tocó habitaciones en el segundo piso sin ascensor que equivale a un tercer piso por lo alto que eran los techos. El desayuno también un poco desastre de 4 días Dos no tuvimos aguacate a pesar de pedirle

Pros:

La ubicación fue inmejorable. El staff super amable. La habitación de muy buen tamaño y la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que la regadera se inundaba, fueron a revisarlo pero aún así siento que a las regaderas les falta bajada y un mejor drenaje. También otro detalle es que no tenía ninguna ventana por lo que de repente se sentía muy encerrado.

The courtyard, lobby dining area was very hot, it was difficult to eat in the heat and enjoy the surroundings. The room was not the best. Our reservation said one living room with separate bedroom and it was not. Very disappointed and I would like a refund.
