Perfect hotel if you don't want to sleep
Pros:

During the daytime, the stuff was amazing. Some of the nicest people we met during the trip. They helped us organise all the excursions we wanted to do, they were super efficient, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed the excursions without any hustle on our side. Considering this, I would recommend the stay. But at night....

Cons:

During the nighttime, the person in charge of the reception (Ramon) was the rudest employee I have ever encountered in a hotel. He got drunk and organised a karaoke party with 4 young girls just outside the bedroom doors. Several hotel guests from different rooms and nationalities constantly came out of their rooms from 1 am to 3:30 am to ask him to stop the noise and let us sleep. He was drunk and very rudely disregarded the requests from the guests. Nobody could sleep. The party continued until we were picked up by a very nice employee to take us to the whale sharks.

Pros:

Friendly owner greeted us off the bus and helped us with seeing the whale sharks. We stayed two nights but could have just stayed one night as whale shark visit was finished by 8am and there's not much to do after that. Getting bus onwards to Cebu City was just a matter of flagging down the next air-conditioned coach.

Cons:

Toilet was leaking which made the floor wet.

Convenient location
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, but it was a comfortable experience. The Inn is just a few blocks away from Bluewater Sumilon Port, which makes it a great option if you’re planning a day trip to Bluewater Sumilon.

The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. They also have a small store where you can buy basic necessities, and there’s even an ATM available, so not having cash on hand isn’t a problem.

The location is also convenient for other activities, like whale shark watching. Overall, Casa Bonita Inn is a great choice for a short and hassle-free stay.

WHALE SHARK EXPERIENCE
Pros:

It's easy to find and a short walk to the whale shark watching location. There is an ATM onsite onsde the small convenience store right in front of the hotel. There are restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful. They offer a GoPro for rent to have the best photos taken during our whale shark experience. It was worth it.

Cons:

The noise as it is along the highway and the rooms are not soundproof. Not advisable for a long stay I guess. We only booked for 1 night so it was fine.
