Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot shower with good water pressure. TV worked fine. Conveniently located. Laundry service was offered but was quite pricey.
The room smelled like smoke which is not good for non-smokers. There was big cockroach above the headboard. Check in guy couldn't communicate in basic English and was not very friendly.
I was also charged for an extra day because I checked in early before check in time. After communication with the hotel through booking.com before checking in, I was told that I could check in earlier if they had a room available. Nothing was mentioned about an extra charge hence why I arrived early and decided to check in rather than dropping luggage off.
I emailed the hotel through booking.com and complained this, but up until now, I have had no response.
Our stay at this hotel was only for one night and we found the hotel very good. The bed was not hard and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and tried to answer all of our questions. We had a very nice room with a great view over the river.
