Very lovely place, great location and very accommodating
Pros:

The property was very clean and the owner was very good at communicating.

Cons:

The flat got very cold and we couldn’t access smart meter at times

Would not stay again due to the lack of heat in the property.

The property was spacious, clean and was exactly what you see in the pictures

Cons:

If you are wanting to stay here I’d highly recommend you take warm clothes and extra blankets as the owner turned off the heating while we were there and controlled it through an app, I messaged him twice about his, the first time i was told by him there was no issue with the heating and the second occasion he turned it up for approximately 1 hour. He had locked it via the app. It was so cold.

Pros:

Extremely clean apartment. Area was very quiet. We were there for work, so it was perfect to have a good rest. Close to the place there are many restaurantes and supermarkets opening till late for last minute food or toiletries.

Cons:

It is not actually close to NEC. It is located at 20-30min from the airport and NEC. But it was easy enough to get a taxi to get there.

Had a lovely stay.
Pros:

The area felt safe, the apartment was lovely inside. Easy to find and very clean.

Cons:

It was very hot during our stay and there was no aircon or fan available which would be ideal.

Lovely spacious apartment
Pros:

Jacob was very helpful.
The flat was very nice and clean it was close to where we were attending a conference so the location was great, lots of shops nearby.

Pros:

Great location, good safe car park. well maintained, clean apartment, good communications with host until booking.com system went down.

Cons:

We had to buy a bath towel, we asked for one each, this error was not due to the host but the cleaning company, also our messages did not reach the host as the booking.com system had failed.
