The staff was our favorite they were all so happy and friendly spoke perfect english the bed was comfortable with lots
Pros:

The staff and service was very friendly and welcoming. Their on San Pedro island time. So do be patient! Our room wasn’t what we expected or paid for. So they did move us ! This room was nice. Big bathroom and a comfortable king size bed lots of room for hanging and a big dresser with a fridge and microwave. You have to request a coffee maker and hair dryer but there is free coffee water and rum punch to enjoy the front desk and security guard were very accommodating for fixing anything that needed to be addressed and printed our boarding passes. The airport doesn’t do QR codes All in all its a nice room lace for the cost is very reasonable. And its fairly close to a-lot of their little town. All walkable

Cons:

The beach isn’t kept clean , I realize there were days that the weather bought in seagrass. But it was never cleaned up after it calmed down. At least rake some a side .so we can get into the water No mirrors to do your makeup as the lighting and mirrors are too far away to apply my makeup We were i. Room 31 there isn’t anywhere other than the counter to put your bathroom supplies in. Im a bit OCD. So i hate stuff all over the bathroom vanity , the pool was so cold not many were enjoy it the food was good. But could use a daily different meal. We would live to see a soup and their Local food meal added to the mix and add some apps to the menu. Maybe even have a little snacks for-sale. Chips’ popcorn and treats like banana bread muffins

Room was spacious,clean,and very comfy beds
Needed more towels and maids where happy to keep us well supplied

Cons:

The bar which is not run by the hotel but leases out. Found the 2 bartenders not to be engaging at all. Tried going there on 2 different occasions. Won't return

All to together, aside from the smell in 117, our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The beds were super comfy. And the AC nice and cold.

Cons:

We had 3 rooms. One room, (117) smelled very bad. Either mold or weed, I wasn’t sure, but not pleasant. The kitchen was very nice, the plates and bowls were dusty, but we just washed them before using.

It was nice except for no beach access.

Pros:

Only stayed 2 nights. Other guests were very loud till late. Then hammering early next morning (Sunday) by hotel repairs.

Pros:

Pool was nice and cool. Bed was comfy. Wifi and AC were strong. 2min walk along the beach to the new water taxi terminal. 15min walk along the beach to the main area of shops and restaurants. Complimentary rum punch at check in.

Cons:

Have to sign out things like towels and hair dryers. It's on the beach but you can't really swim in that section. The restaurant attached to the hotel was slow and the food was bland but that's not really the hotel's fault. They don't replace the water bottles every day but they have a water cooler in the lobby you can fill up at.
