Pros:

Der Self Check-in im Hotel war einfach hervorragend organisiert. Schon vor der Anreise habe ich alle notwendigen Informationen klar und verständlich erhalten, sodass der Check-in vor Ort völlig stressfrei und unkompliziert verlief. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass ich flexibel anreisen konnte, ohne an feste Rezeptionszeiten gebunden zu sein.

Das System war intuitiv zu bedienen und innerhalb weniger Minuten hatte ich Zugang zu meinem Zimmer. Alles war modern, sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Die Ausstattung wirkte hochwertig und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und freundlich, sodass keine Fragen offenblieben.

Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme und zeitgemäße Lösung, die den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Hotel mit Self Check-in wählen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Clean & comfortable room
Pros:

A clean, practical, and comfortable room with everything needed for an overnight stay during a long journey—which was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Es war nichts anderes frei, somit eine Notlösung, welche für zukünftige Aufenthalte nur Notfall ist.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung war sehr ansprechend, da alles aufeinander abgestimmt war.

Cons:

Alles läuft digital an, somit mussten schon bei der Buchung die ganzen persönlichen Daten eingegeben werden, bei der Ankunft nochmals. Der Check In nimmt somit enorm viel Zeit in Anspruch. Personal ist keines vor Ort, somit keine möglichen Ansprechpartner. Trotzdem ist der Preis gleich wie bei anderen Hotels, wo personelles Ambiente geboten wird.

Selbst Check-in war einfach, die Betten waren nicht zu weich, mehrere Kopfkissen waren zur Auswahl da, Parkplatz war da, es war gut zu finden.

Cons:

Ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden und werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
Bei meiner Ankunft standen Tür und Fenster weit offen – bei dieser Kälte, wie kann das sein???
Man sollte für eine halbe Stunde lüften und vielleicht einen Raumduft hinstellen, aber nicht die ganze Wohnung stundenlang offenlassen, sodass ich es erst selbst schließen muss!
Bis es warm wurde, war es schon 1 Uhr nachts.
Ich bin auch noch krank geworden – also vielen Dank dafür!!!!!!
