Dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje. Hotel z pięknym widokiem na jezioro, do miasteczka dwa kroki, bardzo miło się tam spędza czas.
Pan z recepcji to bardzo miła i pomocna osoba, tworzy wraz z Panem barmanem cudowną atmosferę.

Cons:

Na minus zasługuje Pani z recepcji z kręconymi włosami, jej zachowanie było nie na miejscu, bardzo nie sympatyczna osoba.

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien und hier haben wir Italien gesehen und erlebt wie man es sich vorstellt.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee und die Berge drumherum war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Limone sul Garda ist unglaublich schön, malerisch und wie der Hotelbesitzer bei der Begrüßung gesagt hat auch der schönste Ort rund und den See.

Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer bestellt und dies entsprach in vielen Dingen den Ansprüchen. Die Anlage liegt sehr zentral und wirkt sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Verbesserung wäre dringend notwendig im Bereich der Dusche, als Rollstuhlfahrer gibt es keine HALTEGRIFFE UND SITZMÖGLICHKEIT FÜR DAS DUSCHEN.
Es gibt zwar einen barrierefreien Zugang vom Parkplatz ins Zimmer, aber einen dafür speziell vorgesehenen Parkplatz mit einem blauen Rollstuhlzeichen für das Auto nicht. Speziell in dieser Garage wäre es mit Koffer und Rollstuhl eine deutliche Erleichterung, da das ganze Gelände für Rollstuhlfahrer sehr anstrengend ist. Laut Aussage des Hotels wäre eine Reservierung nicht möglich, was man als Betroffener nicht verstehen kann, da dieses Zeichen BLAUES SCHILD MIT ROLLSTUHL überall in Europa und außerhalb richtig gedeutet wird.
