This hotel give me risk...cant even stay.... room smell is very bad and so dirty...they post a fake photo

This is totally scam ,, photo in this hotel and actual are not same,its really discusting you can't even sleep the room smell is so bad...so guys beware of this hotel... wasted my money... booking.com need to band this hotel ..beware of this sunrise hotel located at Rosario la union.

Pros:

they asked us to pay onsite eventhough we have booked via booking online and via credit card. we paid for compliance then they did not confirmed our stay in booking.com site and i was charged via credit card so i paid in double. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE.

Cons:

Even bathing soap was not provided. Staffs can't differentiate between the system of debit card and credit card even though l told them l hv paid via credit cards and they keep on harassing me for payment for more than 12 hours. Also they refuse to let me leave the premises if l didn't pay cash to them for the room rental! Air cond was noisy and no hot water as well. Even cheaper hotels in QC, manila is better than this hotel. Definitely not worth the money paid. I will never go back to this hotel for sure. I rather sleep on the streets than going back to this hotel

We enjoyed our stay and the staff are accommodating ❤️
Pros:

I feel really assured and comfortable with how the staff treated us, they are so accommodating, if you are looking for a place to crash in during a travel north it is convenient there
