Super hôtel que je recommande
Pros:

L'hôtel est tres propre, bien agencé et proche du tramway direct vers le centre de oran. Personnels tres agréables. Petits déjeuners copieux. Le repas du soir pourrait avoir davantages d'options algériennes mais reste tres tres bon.

L'accueil, l'écoute et le professionnalisme du personnel.
L'emplacement par rapport à mon déplacement professionnel était très bon.

Cons:

Les deux ascenseurs sont tombés en panne le soir, après le dîner.
Ayant ma chambre au 3ème étage, ce n'était pas trop contraignant pour moi.
Ça a dû l'être pour ceux qui avaient leur chambre au niveau des étages supérieurs !

Wonderful stay at Le Palme
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Le Palme Hotel in Oran. Everyone who worked there was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating, including with my several taxi requests. Houda at reception was particularly wonderful and always helpful in answering my questions & with my requests. The hotel was also as pictured: clearly new, extremely clean and well taken care, and the air conditioning in rooms was great. I also felt very safe while staying at this hotel.

J’ai passe un sejour tres agréable, le Palme Hôtel y a contribué, je le recommande. J’y retournerai
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner etait divers et très varié : du sucré, du salé répondant à tous les goûts. Des fruits, des gâteaux locaux...
Le personnel est très poli et gentil et surtout très réactif, soucieux de rendre service pour le plaisir.
Le calme de cet hôtel à proximité de transports en commun, très bie desservi par le tram et les bu est surprenant.

Cons:

Les équipements techniques restent à améliorer, la télé pour la fin de journée et le frigo.

L’environnement n’est pas commun pour un hôtel, par rapport à la vue qu’il offre, pas vraiment top mais le quartier est calme avec à proximité des petits commerces fort sympathiques.
