It was charming
Pros:

everything... nearly Loved the price and location and general appearance..

Cons:

Only films on the television... no channels, but I didn't go to watch TV...

Enjoyable and decent stay
Pros:

The room was bright and airy, nice comfy bed with clean soft linen. Tv, kettle and cool bedside lamp all worked and the shower was good, electric with decent hot water. The entry to hotel is done by digital door codes which works really well.
Also slighty earlier check in is very good.

Cons:

Sometimes outside noise can be a bit of a distraction at times, but everybody seems happy and respectful.

Was ideal for what we needed it for would stay again
Pros:

It’s location was brilliant facilities were great for what we needed the host Richard and Donna were brilliant very accommodating and Richard went out his way to get me car parking I would go back there anytime

Cons:

The heat on the top floor was intense but bearing in mind it was 20 odd degrees outside

It was Comfortable and stress-free
Pros:

I like the fact that it was very very close to where we were working, and the room itself wasn't bad at all it was comfortable, everything was very okay actually

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't drop our things at the hotel as we came very early than anticipated but it was fair enough given the time we were told to check in was later in the day, there also wasn't any mat or floor covering to dry up the bathroom floors which wasn't nice and there was a bit of dirt and stains on the rugs and walls here and there but overall it wasn't too bad at all.

Disgusting, unhygienic, Disgusting
Pros:

Everything was so dirty and smelly even tho I complained they said we checked it as everything was completely fine🙄 obviously it wasn’t.
It was too hot I requested for fans but they said we can’t provide you, you can buy your own.
The room was very stuffy as everything was so close together in a small room😡
absolutely disgusting and unsanitary environment with stained bed sheets, fungus growing in the bathroom and in general just a stuffy unhygienic room. Terrible for none smoke households as the smell is unbearable😓
If you are looking to stay awake all night definitely come to this hotel as you just hear drunk people screaming all night and won’t get a wink of sleep!!

Pros:

Beds were atleast comfortable

Cons:

Rooms was dirty,it was clearly not cleaned,hair all over the floor,sticky marks on table and shower was not touched at all.We only stayed as my wife wasn't feeling well and it has being a long day. Never in my life have I seen a guest house in such a state.

Pros:

The room was beautiful and clean beds were so comfortable felt really safe very quiet. It was very chilled and a lovely atmosphere about the place 😊 highly recommend 👌 the location is great also definitely will be returning again 😀

Pros:

Almost everything. As close to perfection as possible.

Cons:

Only one thing. It was last minute for getting the door codes and I got worried so I contacted reception. The man I spoke to was a bit rude and abrupt. He seemed to be implying I was intending to want to access the room early. I wasn't. I tried to explain I was just concerned but he talked over me and was very offhand. It was the first time I booked there. This has put me off to be honest which is a shame because other than that everything was exceptionally great.

Pros:

I booked twin beds for 2 nights £50 for me and my son, with en suite, so its equivalent to £12.50pp per night...very clean and great TV with Netflix fab touch, I should say you should get normal free view because I was unable to watch World Cup on BBC or itv but its not enough to mark you down, GREAT LOCATION GREAT ROOM 10/10 for me 💯 would come again, I marked 1 point down as I didnt see any staff throughout my stay, other than that if my room is anything to go by...you won't be disappointed 😬xx
