Definitly not recommended
Pros:

The room was not cleaned after the previous visitors.

Cons:

The owner offered the rooms in another hotel. The rooms were prepared, but of very poor quality, very old. It was disgusting to go to bahtroom. The hotel requires a total refurbishment to meet standards. Personally, I would never offer such rooms to visitors.

Rooms are fine been upgraded since my last stay

Cons:

Other guests running around drunk til 6 in the morning no sleep 1st night second day booked somewhere else and left not the hotels fault but couldn't take another night of that madness

Easy access. Tony was very helpful. The room for the price of £22 for the night was very reasonable. It was quiet and sleep well which is all you need after a night in blackpool.

Cons:

The flights of stairs were killed. Would recommend requesting a lower floor if you have a walking issue. And the room was a little cold in the morning. Or else would have been 10 out of 10.

The two single beds in our room were broken the bed bases had fallen through one bed we lifted the mattress up n the big dip in the base had folded towels& blankets shoved in their to disguise that the bed was broken and bed base was literally gone

Better than expected!
Pros:

The location was perfect. Very central, easy to walk to local spots. It was close to the beach, the Blackpool tower and arcades and eateries. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom detail could have been cleaner such as the seals and shower door. It would have been really helpful to have coat hooks behind the door maybe as our coats were wet and we didn’t have anywhere to hang them. The space we gained from having no wardrobe in the room was appreciated but maybe just a few hooks please
