Important information:

Please note that this property is located right next to the A30 road and guests might experience some noise disturbance.

Pre-authorization will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.

A surcharge of £25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.

For any checkin post 10 pm, it is mandatory to contact the hotel pro-actively to check if late checkin is available. This is whole sole consent of the property if they will be in a position to entertain the late check-inPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Room rate incredible value for money.
Pros:

Great location for road links. Comfortable room and quality mattress so slept well. Ample parking with ev charging. Initially booked for one night but extended to a second.

Cons:

Low level road noise that lessened into the evening and wouldn't discourage me from booking again.
The stay was incredible value for money.

Fantastic staff, great room and facilities.

Outstanding value for money!
Pros:

The deluxe room was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. Bed really comfortable.
The hotel is in a good location for immediate access to all UK destinations. The cost rate for the room was extremely good value.

It was a good place to stay as we was out in Exeter with friends

Cons:

The outside was a little dated and rough, needed a tidy up
It’s no that we didn’t like it but was a bit strange the reception lady was also a cleaner and that’s the only person we saw in late afternoon to mid morning next day .
