Pros:

Lovely location and nice food for breakfast. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Pictures of the property were taken a long time ago so all the furniture was very old, used and some places really run down. I was a bit disappointed by that. It was more of a stay in a mountain shelter than hotel.

Pros:

Such a charming, quiet place. My room had a view of the snowy, majestic mountains and was cozy inside. Breakfast was so delicious! The fresh-from-the-oven Khachapuri was soft and hearthy. They also served a very good fresh cheese.

Cons:

My room wasn't thoroughly clean. Mounting so many stairs each time I needed to go to my room was a bit inconvenient.

We loved our stay here. The staff were very helpful, the rooms had beautiful mountain views.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. I ordered from the dinner menu and everything was very good.

Great value for money, friendly staff and perfect rest-stop in Mestia
Pros:

Centrally located in Mestia, very friendly and helpful staff, elaborate breakfast.

Cons:

Before and after a multi-day hike we stayed in two different rooms. Both had issues with plumbing. Also some noise from surrounding construction that was still happening past 11pm.

Pros:

The views from my room were beautiful. Only a short walk to centre. A fiesta going on as I arrived!

Cons:

I always have problems with duvets/quilts and long for a thin blanket and flat pillow.

Nice stay
Pros:

Friendly atmosphere, walking distance to everything in Mestia. Very good value for money

Cons:

WiFi a bit unstable. Breakfast was okay but I was hoping for better. Overall very friendly staff, but sometimes I lacked a bit more professionalism (e.g. day and night at the reception a TV with some telenovela was blasting)

Pros:

I only stayed two nights here but I would happily stay again. For me the real selling point was the balcony. It was lovely to sit there with some beers and look up into the mountains. Other than that the location is central and near everything. c

Pros:

Breakfast was very good
Staff is friendly but speaks no English
Location is good

Cons:

The whole hotel is crooked, there is no single straight plank anywhere
The room is either super warm or cold, no in between
The shower is dirty and half broken
The toilet was made for dwarves
There's a LOT of noise, from inside and outside
